Going to Qatar 2022: tickets, accommodations, etc. (non-politics)

My haul, super excited. Was going to get Germany/Spain as well, but figured we would have one day off while there and stay in Dubai

super excited that not only do I get to see my beloved Mexico, but I get to see two GOATs in their last WC.

 

No luck again, I’m so frustrated, wanted the Mex games and got nothing, I can’t believe it did all the right things, all the tricks and nothing. I bought Por-Kor just to see Cristiano but even buying that without having any of the Mex games feels sad. I hope I can get something at some point but I won’t pay over 50% of face value, I need the mexico games, it’s the only thing I’m missing and I don’t want to attend someone else’s party

 

Guys Quick question! I managed to buy the ticket with my mothers credit card. Will it cost any problems later on??

 

Do you happen to have Poland vs Mexico? I tried but didn't get it.. again . Argentina vs Poland also nearly impossible.

This may only be an issue if you lose your phone while your tickets are loaded and can't get another device. I believe that was the only instance people have stated where paper tickets would be printed and I would imagine they would like you to have the CC that was used to pay for the tickets.

 

Glad you finally got your tickets bro. I don't think you would have any issues I used a friend's credit card to make my purchase.

I bought tickets for Australia without selecting "supporters tickets" for 2x group games before I saw it for the other group game.
What difference does it make and can i change to the supporters tickets?

Well that was torturous.

Was only looking for a couple of tickets and to get to some of the stadiums I didn't already have games at during my ten day stay. Managed 2 of the 4 grounds I was missing but, disappointedly, didn't manage to get a ticket for Stadium 974.

Got Cat 3 tickets for Switzerland v Cameroon and Tunisia v Australia at Al Janoub and Cat 2 for Brazil v Serbia at Lusail.

That will do unless anything pops up when I'm out there.

going to be a very poorly attended WC by the looks of it. All tickets still available bar the Semis and final.
Bad decision to have it there and at that time.

 

not in group B. I only managed to get a Iran vs Wales ticket. And that was with pure luck

 

Very thankful my team was able to snag tickets to 5 games over 4 days. Has anyone been trying to book accommodations so far today? We noticed the site was kind of buggy and didn't accept our cards despite working for the tickets

 

Just wait for accommodation, it's still low availability. Probably more than a half sites are not listed yet.

 

Took about 30 mins for me

 

I have bought accommodation for half the days.. and it said I could only buy 1 set of accommodation at once, so after paying for 3 days out of 10 we got an error message saying my account can only buy 1 set of accom and to email them??!! Anyone else have this issue?
Anyone got any major tips to get me out of this mess?

Oh by the Way, I managed to get a ticket for Iran vs USA also. The biggest political game at the World cup, lets show Them that the people doesnt wanna be mixed in with the governments politics. We are all on Big family

One last noob question from me. I bought two tickets today, but not at the same time. So two different ticket application Numbers. Does it matter which one I use to apply for accommodation?

And since I used my Moms credit card to buy the tickets, do you recommend me to use that to book accommodation also? Or Can I use my own (if it goes through)
