Think he had to due with Santon finally being off the books. Hence the delay

I feel more comfortable, and more impressed with management work since Friedkin took over from Pallotta.

Me too. Pallotta struck me as way to knee-jerk and emotional in his decisions.

I like how Friedkin seems to have a plan he's quietly and competently implementing.

I think that approach is filtering down.

Politano might be a good cost-effective depth signing, plus he hustles and could be important under Mourinho.

Going to be incredibly condensed stretches over the season.

Florenzi to Milan now official. Now that his contract is off the books, I’d expect Pinto to accelerate getting the next deal done.

Judging from the transfers Roma so far it's obvious you guys have no money .

Roma are going for free agents ,players out of contract or those whose form and value has dramatically fallen and are thus cheap. Either no money or just don't want to back jose fully and expect him to pull miracle like Jesus Christ.

You can look at spurs at how they betray jose and backed conte to the heaven, suddenly they have all the money . Won't be surprised if the same thing happen here.

Time won't get you any richer . All the targets so far are cheap and they are cheap for a reason.

To be such a Jose fanboy you sure are making seem him like a bumbling half-wit for taking the job.

With fans like you, he doesn't need enemies.

Because the bullshit fans like you guys will start turning their back and hound him out when the results turn crap as predicted, the manager will always be the first person to blame.

The squad you guys have is only good for top 6 , it will need miracles to get into top 4 .let alone winning anything worthy, the expectations and demand from the fans doesn't match with the squad strength

You don't know Roma if you believe we'll splash big money after Mourinho is gone. He knew where he was going and he already had a bigger transfer budget than other managers last summer.

All the rumored target are either cheap or free agent and they are cheap and free agent for reason. You should manage your expectations for the next season cause it will be a massive achievement to get into top 4

He’s entitled to an opinion even if it’s not well-thought-out

Juve are still trying to sign Zaniolo but don’t want to pay the full amount upfront. Pushing to pay 10-20 million now and then 30-40 million next summer.

Papers claiming that Isco is close. If Mou can get him even back to 75% we will forget about Mkhi pretty fast.

He hasn't shown his worth since he left Malaga. I think he's making the right call if he stays in Spain with a more modest club.

Zaha would be a very good signing. Great on the counter and contract expires next year. Salary may be too much though.

Thats just not true is it.

He was class in 2016-2018 period. But Kroos Casemiro Modric were just (and still are) too good and I suppose there wasn't a lot of motivation when you can just take a step back.
