Depends a lot of when and how they started dating. The issue isn't dating former players, it isn't even big age differences. The real issue is if they started dating when they still was coach/player or when the coach still had influence of the players future in the game. Swedish WNT coach Peter Gerhardsson is married to one of his former players (17 years younger than him). But they didn't start dating* until long after he went back to coaching Men's soccer (he went back to WoSo 2017 when he got the WNT jobb). * They both say so and no one have contradicted them. And they didn't move in together until 2009, more than 10 years after he was her coach.
