If you are talking about the FIFA My Profile page, where you get the option to update name, email, password, language and country, the message below appears if you try to change anything: "According to our records, you have used your FIFA.com Club user account in the ticketing process for a FIFA tournament. In this case, we might need to keep your personal data for a longer period of time. Should you have any query concerning the cancellation of your FIFA.com Club user account or in case you wish to edit your personal information, please do not hesitate to contact us under enquiries@tickets.fifa.org. For further questions concerning your personal data, do not hesitate to contact dataprotection@fifa.org."
I dont think you can change your email on the ticketing platform. It's your unique login username. FIFA ticketing consists of 3 platforms. Applications, ticketing and general FIFA club. I believe you can change the FIFA club email; but the ticketing platform email cant be changed. If anyone figures that one out; let us know please.
The error above is when trying to change the FiFA Club, which seems to be linked to the other systems. So, no, no way to change anything at the moment.
Hey Guys Any Idea when the Next FCFS could Start,Officially it says it starts Soon And Do You think we can Buy Final Match Tickets This time around ?
At the tournament last year in Doha , was transport free only with a match tkt to your game and back , or did having a hayya card get you free transport everyday
Which of these matches on these days are best to see for a neutral, do you guys think? 29 Nov, final round of group stage: Iran vs USA (Al Thumama) or Wales vs England (Ahmad bin Ali)? 1 Dec, final round of group stage: Japan vs Spain (Khalifa Int.) or Croatia vs Belgium (Ahmad bin Ali)?
If you have tickets for both, you should be able to watch both, both metro station are quite close to the stadiums.
final round of group stage games are always tricky because you could get stuck with a dead rubber game. I feel that Wales vs England is the best shot of those to not be a dead rubber and the atmosphere should be the best of the bunch imo.
I have tickets for neither at the moment, just that those days are empty for me so I was wondering which match to buy tickets for in the FCFS on the 28th. I am not that interested in any of those matches anyways so I can't be bothered making a separate account just so I can go to both. Also I would even need another device, which I don't have (someone earlier said that you will not be able to load 2 profiles on the same device; you'll lose the tickets and need to call customer service to retrieve them) Still surprised that FIFA doesn't let you buy tickets to 2 matches on the same day that are separated by 4h. If someone can't make it to the stadium on time, who cares, FIFA still get their money
FIFA does care when it's kick off time and 65% of the stadium is full and 7000 people are in the security line outside or getting dropped off by an Uber driver
Theyre afraid you may decide you wont go to the second game because its too much of a problem. Their biggest nightmare is TV showing large areas with empty seats. 50% of the revenue comes from TV broadcasting rights. Empty stadiums dont look good on TV
this happened to me in 2018 where I went to Kaliningrad for England v Belgium which pre-tournament seemed so good. By that match both teams were on 6 points and through to the R16, the only drama was the winner would avoid Colombia in the next round. Although I enjoyed the trip out there for many reasons, the match wasn't a highlight as both teams rested some starters and the match lacked drama and intensity. Experts were even saying it might be better to lose to get into the better side of the knockout bracket which turned out to be true for England who lost and had a relatively easy path to the Final. While it's possible one of the groups you're looking at could be decided by the 3rd match I really doubt it. I would just choose the match that interests you the most. I'm biased but I think either of the Group B matches would be great, as I think advancing will be on the line maybe for all 4 teams and the natural rivalry with Wales and England.
Most of the games will start with stadiums e0% empty. That was the case in the arab cup. For a reason, many pple including me arrived late. Mainly we underestimated the time needed. Its true stadiums are close by, but dont underestimate the time needed.buses dropped us at 20 mn walk of the stadiums etc.. I feel the same will happen in the world cup..stadiums will get full after 20mn of the kick off
England did their best to finish 2nd in the group; which turned out to be a good strategy. I got to watch France - Denmark in Moscow. At least I didnt have to go to Kaliningrad.
the match did suck but other aspects of the trip were highlights of my 3.5 weeks in Russia. We visited the dunes (Curonian Spit) along the Baltic Sea and that was cool and unique. The city was fun and different feeling. I met up with a guy I met online before and he showed us around and took us to a local's party at a brewery that was one of my most fun evenings of the whole trip meeting other locals. I recall really enjoying watching other matches in the Kaliningrad pubs also. There was a 1-day break between that last Group Stage game and the R16, so me and my buddy connected in Belarus and spent a fun night in Minsk on the off day, somewhere I'd never go otherwise. It was super cool and different, especially the war museum there. The weather was beautiful and the downtown was fun that night. So my point is, it's very possible to have an amazing time in places you know little about and don't expect to be fun. That's one issue with WC22, all we have is Doha. and even if it exceeds expectations, after 3 weeks I am almost sure I will be so bored of it. Even though Kaliningrad and Minsk were awesome to visit, I would have become bored with them too after a few days. But for 2-3 days they were great. I really enjoyed the variety of places I saw in Brazil and Russia. To me losing that far outweighs the ability to see a game every day. World Cups are about way more than the matches to me, and that part is lacking for this one.
No doubt the 3rd game in our beloved Group B will be important for all sides as 2nd place is sure to face the Netherlands, and 1st gets one of the powerhouses of Ecuador, Senegal, or Qatar. (If I have that right)
England Gets knocked out by wales. USA wins the group. That 3rd match will be the decider . Can’t wait
NOTHING is for sure in a World Cup! That's the beauty of it. I recall in 2014 when the "experts" called Group D the Group of Death because there were 3 top teams and one wouldn't go thru but of course they predicted all 3 would take 3 points from Costa Rica who would be destroyed and go home on 0 points. And we all know how wrong the experts were. It'll happen again this World Cup. I don't know who, but some of the "sure" teams will flop.
Its the world cup, see some unique matchups if you can! Iran vs USA - Iranians will be up for this match no matter their record. If their fans show up in numbers it will be a good atmosphere. Japan v Spain - there are a bunch of attractions in the area, look around before the match and then post match you can watch the Japanese clean up the stadium with their big blue garbage bags
