Apple TV+ is VG, IMO, but that and Apple's MLS coverage appear to be two different things. Although I'd be surprised if they don't offer a bundle.
It is two separate things. MLS will offer a subscription through the Apple TV app. So technically you don't have to have a subscription to Apple TV or Apple+ you'll just need the app and then pay for the MLS subscription. That's how I read it.
I have no idea. Although I’ve owned an AppleTV (hardware) for a long time, I’ve never paid one lock of attention to their streaming offerings. I’ve never even cashed in the 12+ free months of their streaming service I’ve been offered multiple times. So I am completely in the dark on their services.
This would be an absolute disaster if true. Hard to believe that they think many would pay $20-$30 per month for MLS streaming. https://t.co/E3POcpjC27— Guillermo Rivera (@FireConf) June 17, 2022
Very. I don't think casual soccer fans are going to pony up that kind of money. Speaking of, can I use you log in to watch the Fire next year? You may see me at the game on July 9th.
Post World Cup Convo: 1: Hey, watching the World Cup was cool. Soccer is kind of neat. I think I'll watch some of my home team's games. 2: Okay, but in order to watch that, you need to pay $20 a month for the subscription. 1: Oh, eh, I wasn't that interested. What's on espn?
