I think under normal circumstances Wales is a better team top to bottom than Ukraine, and when you factor in that half the Ukrainian team will be looking at a year without club matches, I don't see how you could prefer Wales
If you're the type to overvalue league status or a couple big names, it might also have something to do with the fact that the majority of Scotland's lineup starts regularly in the EPL (albeit mostly on bottom half/relegated sides), while the majority of Ukraine's lineup plays in the Ukrainian league, and they don't really have anyone with Andrew Robertson's pedigree.

Not quite surprising when your star player says that NL matches are glorified friendlies and that they play too many matches. Which is a good point, but it seemed like only the Dutch were interested in playing that night.
