Why was he bought by Chelsea?

I’m talking about if Neymar leaves. And they have an ancient attack outside of Mbappe. Pulisic would play plenty even with Neymar there.

He's confirmed he's staying next year.

I have to believe that Gareth Southgate didn’t miss the defensive lapses of Alexander-Arnold yesterday. They were YUGE. Good news for Reece James in the competition to back up Kyle “I start only because I am fast” Walker.

On the CP future issue, I think there is a position between “ManCity/Real material” and “performance this year under TT.” If he leaves I fully expect him to join the massive ranks of players who played a lot better after leaving Chelsea. Whether that is the level of Liverpool or Real or ManCity is another question. Clearly forwards underachieve under TT. If TT is ensconced at Chelsea for a while (and manager tenure may increase there with airman’s departure), he probably will be more productive and happier elsewhere.

You seriously think that Klopp would try and sign Pulisic to replace.........Mo Salah!
C'mon Salah is a candidate for the balloon thingy! Pulisic is a good young player, a promising player but he's hardly in the same league as Mo Salah! Even if a Man City, Liverpool or Bayern did sign Pulisic do you seriously think he'd get more game time at these clubs than he does at Stamford Bridge! If he played for City his backside would be seeing an awful lot more of the wood on their bench than it ever sees in West London! I've heard that you Americans somewhat over-rate him but all this - he should sign for PSG and win them the Champions League is laughable! He ISN'T Deigo Maradona you know! He is a good prospect playing on a team that has many good prospects, if he want's to play every week for a Manchester City or a Chelsea for that matter then he needs to become world class sooner rather than later! He will get THE BEST footballing education at Stamford Bridge but if you want him to drop down a level or two so that he plays every week and we can all claim him as world class when he wouldn't be then..........well that's up to him.

Exaclty! He's 22 or 23! He was bought by Chelsea to get some of the worlds best footballing education so that he develops into the best player he can be and he has a lot of potential to hit a high ceiling! Of course if he doesn't develop into the player Chelsea want (though there is no evidence right now that its likely to happen) then he may well be sold - but don't expect him to be sold to a Liverpool or PSG! He has a contract until 2024 at Stamford Bridge for a reason!

Please, for the love of all things good in this world (a dwindling number), use paragraphs when trolling us fanboys.

I should think an elite side like Chelsea would only take fully formed and ready to go players.
I think that's what they thought they were getting, but Pulisics failure to fully recover from his leg injuries has exposed his deficiencies in shooting and long passing to switch play.
His next move is likely down the EPL table or to Italy.

Reality is a concept that escapes far too many...PSG are NOT going to be interested in a Pulisic. All due respect FC, but your boy doesn't couper le Parisien moutarde.

I was simply saying what I’d prefer for him. Though I’m sure they’d take him at the right price.

Have you actually got something useful to say? Or are you just throwing insults from the safety of your computer?

They have blended in a lot of youth over the last couple of seasons, again though why do you think Chelsea are looking to sell him exactly? I doubt he is going anywhere.

Never claimed Liverpool will definately buy him...In fact, I stated this is unlikely but since Klopp was the one who bough him and promoted him at Borussia, it is a possibility..

After Klopp arrived at Liverpool, Pulisic have been constantly linked before he eventually moved to Chelsea.

Not sure what's your argument here....are u saying Pulisic should stay put or are u saying there's nothing to believe he'll be moved?

There's clearly a lot of evidence he's not happy and didn't even bother clarify the whole instagram story of him removing picture of him wearing Chelsea shirt off his Bio.

At the very least, you'd think someone in his camp would have let everyone know he's still committed to being a Chelsea player next season.

Yes this, plus the fact that he has a contract until 2024! If he throws his dummy out the pram it will only make things bad for himself, he is not being very professional is he?

If he wants to go, Chelsea will let him go.

Chelsea are being linked to Debemle and Rahim Sterling...small chance they get both..and with Hartvertz, Lukaku and Mount, there's absolutely no need to keep a disgruntled Pulisic on the squad.

But that begs the question who is going to pay £50 million for him? Does he REALLY want to step down a level? Just like every other young Chelsea player (with the exception of James) he didn't exactly 'set the Premier League alight' last season? Just like Mount, CHO, Havertz etc etc he had an injury plagued stop/start season, that's not to say he (or the others) was/were terrible either by the way! Should all of Chelsea's young players sulk and demand to be sold to Manchester City?

It’s 2022. Nobody is using a computer anymore. And if you think me asking for paragraphs is insulting you would really hate my wife. She’s like a captain in the grammar police force. But anyway, no need for pistols and twenty paces around here. We settle our disputes the YA Forum way, by kicking the shit out of dead horses until our iPhones run out of juice.

Nobody is going to pay that much for him. Nor would they need to. But he’s a young player that has proven to be able to score goals in the toughest league in the world, plus the CL, so he’s certainly capable of garnering a bid of £30-40 million.

Which again begs the question why would Chelsea sell him for a lot less than they bought him when he is still young and full of potential?

If he wants them to? If Tuchel needs cash for a player he’d rather have?

I don’t think there’s any chance Neymar leaves. PSG would love to get rid of him I think, but no one is picking up that $35 million dollar a year salary.
