If we sign Gnabry, he or Rodrygo might be used as a CF back-up next season. Valverde is an option for the RW, and who knows, Hazard might just turn out to be a utility player on the wings too.

 

Mane is much better on the left wing, and we're stacked out there. He's done well on the right too, but we don't need another primary LW in the squad.

Gnabry is a natural RW, and as you said, has consistently performed well on that wing.

Which is all well and good, i understand the need to strengthen the position, my concern is that he is immediately designated as a "sub" if we bring someone in, IMO the spot should be his to lose via competition for it, not immediately handed to someone else, that's all

 

If its true that Mane is available for 30M€ i would immediately buy him for that money.He is a good option for 2-3 years for sure.

I would go further and get rid of Ceballos as well if Tchouameni and Camavinga are going to get more minutes.
