I wish there was more creativity in naming these teams. Even if they ended up with silly minor league baseball-style names like "Chatanooga Train Dogs" or whatever, that would still be better than "Union II", which is the laziest possible name. I know it's just for development and attendance/viewership is low on the list of priorities, but if anything that should make the creative possibilities more freeing. But I guess they save money on paying a graphic designer to draw a logo of a locomotive with soccer balls for wheels or whatever.

Attended my first U-2 game last night, and it was way more fun and interesting than I expected! Was almost like going to one of my kids’ travel games where you can hear the coaches, players and officials, and there are a bunch of family members in the small crowd. Was quality, competitive soccer, and it was good to see both the “known” players like Aaronson and McGlynn along with new faces like José Riasco (who looks talented!). Was definitely worth the drive to Chester.
