The Shed End ripping Pulisic for missing that one-time, tight angle, running away from goal "sitter" just now. One idiot claiming he scores a goal for every 70 shots, despite the fact that Pulisic tops the attackers in goals/shot this season.

 

Meh Liverpool have had better chances and still haven't scored. Was a great run to get open.

 

Alonso. Ugh. That had assist written all over it.

 

They can blame Alanso now. Good pass from Pulisic.

 

Not sure why Alonso flubbed that first touch. Like he took his eye off it to peek at if Lukaku was open.

 

They will say he took too long to make the pass. And the weighting was wrong.

Alonso has been off the last 3 matches or so.

Christian looks like he’s got some of his speed back. Not all the way but looks fresh.

 

Great at getting in very very dangerous positions.

 

He tends to look this way when playing teams that don't sit back and let Chelsea maintain 70 percent of possession.

 

I don’t really see that. I haven’t seen him explode with the ball at his feet like he did a few years ago.

 

Looked like he was trying to keep Lukaku happy, but he should have taken the shot.

 

Pulisic has been the best player for Chelsea this half.

 

he just looks a bit fresher than he did in the throes of World Cup qualifying.

 

He probably was thinking they were expecting the shot so the pass would have been unexpected

Is CP tired? He had an opportunity to make a couple runs to get open there and just didn't.

 

Pulisic hit the post on a one-time shot running away from the goal and played Alonso in for a 1v1 with the keeper. No other Chelsea attacker has done anything to threaten the goal. But the Chelsea fans/Russian trolls on the Shed End seem to think he needs to ******** off and go play in the MLS.

And Pulisic magic set that chance up for Lukaku.
