Hello, I'm Andy and this is my first time using BigSoccer in 20 years. I'm here to ask if when ESPN+ shows Liga MX matches, is there an option to watch in English? If yes, who are the commentators? Is there a best place to post this question?
I'm on ESPN+ as well and haven't seen English-language coverage of Liga MX there. Too bad, it would be worth watching. Fox Sports may have some of the games, but to be honest I haven't looked.
Thanks Kevin. In the USA, all Liga MX matches are available in English, apparently except for the matches on ESPN. Univision, Fox Sports, and Telemundo all provide English commentary. ESPN used to show Liga MX in English on ESPNews but that was several years ago.
Hi all. I'm from England, I live in the midlands, supporting MU. Thanks for reading my message I still respect other teams like Liverpool/Chelsea for their incredible talents
Nice one! I haven't watched a lot of Premiera Liga, but I went on holiday to Sesimbra near Lisbon and loved watching it on TV in the hotel bar/restaurant
Hello from Las Vegas Nevada, USA Ich bin Bayern Munchen und Die Mannschaft fan, I have been following Big Soccer for a long time and finally decided to register.
Welcome! I enjoyed visiting there. I think I went to see Vegas high up in a little box, like the London Eye, can't remember what it's called. Also went to the local roller coaster
Hello all, Jose from Long Island, NY. so I'm new to bigsoccer, usually i follow the TripAdvisor threads in regards to the WC but this year it seems like there wasn't much posted. someone on TripAdvisor mentioned this place and here i am.
Hey, brand new here. Follow WC, Premier League and Bundesliga Soccer pretty closely. Live in Baltimore. Split time between there and Costa Rica.
Hello BigSoccer I am a writer and podcaster from Canada who has been so inspired by "Herdman's Heroes" that I started a new website with a blog and a podcast to talk about World Soccer with fans from around the world. I've started to collect content from people I know here in Canada from other countries: Holland, Poland, Argentina, France, England so far. Scotland wants to join but.... Posting here as an introduction to see if I can connect with folks who may have a passion for the game and would want to join a 30-45min Zoom call to record for a podcast, to chat about your team, your dreams, your nightmares and your favourite World Cup memories. Please message me to set up a call https://beerandfooty-theblog.com/ Moderators if you can reach out to let me know where best to post and how to message and engage with fans on here would be much appreciated.
Hello all! I've been a big football fan since I was 6 years old and while wrestling got my focus in high school and college I am still very passionate about this sport and I am excited to have found this forum!
Hi all. Thanks for having me onboard the forum. I’m an A Licence coach from England, mainly here to discuss coaching ideas and philosophies. I’ve always been fascinated by the development of youth soccer in America and maintain a personal desire of one day coaching stateside. I’m hoping to make my way out to the US coaches convention in 2023 and would be keen to chat with anyone else who’s likely to be attending.
Hello, I’m from the US and am a fan of the USMNT and USWNT. I’ve been reading Big Soccer for years, and finally decided to actually join.
London Eye, I am not familiar with that. Well, I encourage everyone to at least visit Las Vegas, once in their lifetime. It really is something to behold and there is more than just "the Strip." We have some beautiful desert nature hikes and the desert sunrises or sunsets, will knock your socks off. Anyways I used to live in LA for 35 years but I moved to Las Vegas 7 years ago. The primary reason is that is unlike California, Nevada has a 0% state tax, and your property taxes are not that much. Your dollars stretch many father in Nevada. If you have any questions about Las Vegas, let me know, except I don't knwo where all of the bodies are barried, probably in a hole in the desert or in Lake Mead. So who is going to the World Cup? I applied to be a USA fan leader for the World Cup. Qatar is issuing out visas, hotel, and airfare to fans whose teams have made it. I posted the information in another thread for everyone here to register. Oh and caveat you can pick your team England or whatever, even if you live in another country but just be warned that teams like Die Mannschaft and the Three Lions, have like 50,000,000 followers on FB and DOHA is only a 3-4 hour flight. From USA it's about a 16-18 hour flight so you have better chances, applying as a US fan. I hope everyone enjoys the games. The information is there for the entire world on the US Men's forum. I want to be fair as a navy veteran to the world. Also, I have been following football since World Cup 1990, when I feel in love with Die Mannschaft, I was 8 when Klinsmann beat Maradona's Argentina and put the ball, in the back of the net, in the 90th min. From that moment on, I was hooked to the beautiful game. I also have been to World Cup 94 USA, World Cup 98 France, World Cup 2006 Germany, World Cup 2014 Brazil and World Cup 2018 Russia.
Hello from Denmark! I accidently stumbled over BigSoccer when searching for World Cup info. I wish I found this place much earlier I have been to a few World Cups and European cups, and it is just the greatest thing to do IMO - I also go when Denmark do not qualify.
Hello from Cleveland. Big FPL/Draft FPL aficionado, but mainly here to keep track of soccer pathways in Cleveland (if we get USL-C, what the Crew is up to, etc.) in the event my 2013 son wants to pursue moving into the higher levels that become available as he gets older.
