Tyler starts today against Fenerbahce. They're mathematically alive but in miracle territory to avoid relegation, which I presume would be accompanied by Tyler moving on. Fenerbahce is on a winning streak and has climbed to second in the table.

Rizespor had a first minute red card and conceded two penalties in first half stoppage time. Spoiler alert: they lost.
Baiano is a thug. Got another red at the start of the game, Rizespor losing 6-0 near the end. Boyd was replaced at the half after not doing anything. Of course, down a midfielder they couldn't involve the attackers. This team look like goners.
One year left of his Beşiktaş contract. After that, probably MLS, because I don't see Wellington going for him after the, well, betrayal.
Tomorrow, unless Rizespor wins and Gaziantep loses, Tyler will become the #4 Yank relegated this season after Green, Tillman, and Sargent.

For folks who have been able to watch Tyler Boyd this season, how is he looking? I haven't seen him play since the 2019 Gold Cup. I thought he was quite good in that tournament and brought a real goal-scoring prowess + ball control to the wing. At the time (pre-emergence of Gio Reyna, Tim Weah and Brenden Aaronson), he seemed like he'd be a shoe-in starter for the USMNT this cycle. I get the sense he's been inconsistent in Turkey (good season in 2018-19, followed by a clunker, then 5 goals in about 1000 minutes last season, and he's now starting again consistently this year though his stats haven't been eye-popping). Are Jordan Morris and Paul Arriola a level ahead of him? Is he worth a look in any of our upcoming friendlies as a depth piece on the wing?
Never been a fan of AMs with no ideas. Guy has played a lot, over 1,700 minutes, and has two assists and a goal to show for it. They have CBs with better numbers. Totally out of tune with the team in attack, they by-passed him most of the time. He helped in defense though, and had a few (3 I've seen) games when he could do something good on his own. Tyler was a starter at first, but is ending the season as a bencher for a reason. Now I get why the All Whites fans were not upset about him leaving.

Technically, yes. For as long as it takes to offload him to someone else for another season. He's not going to play for them again
