Vanney should listen to me - past is prologue. Costa sucked last three years, so why would we be surprised that he sucks this year?
The fact that he still can't go 90 is extremely disappointing. Man United should be cleaning house pretty soon. Both Cavani and Juan Mata are riding the bench on that squad and both would be more productive than Cabral and Costa at Forward and CAM.
No excuse for him not developing right. I was a rec player and at one point conscientiously decided to develop my left and I went from incompetent to fairly proficient. Took about 3 months of work. And it was self maintaining - as my left became competent I used it more and it continued to develop.
Maybe its just something I've noticed but I've noticed a lot of Right footers learn to develop their left (I did so myself, its roughly 90 percent as effective as my right, both in either crossing or shooting). But there are very few leftys who develop THEIR weak foot.
