I think its time for you to throw in the towel and accept the facts. Porto will win the title. Even if your dreams came true and Porto lost the last two games, they would still finish first because they have a much better GD than Sporting (+61 v +45).

In that case, I guess Porto still has something to play for and will do the job as it has throughout the season.

 

I'm actually curious if this is correct that in case Porto and Sporting are tied on points, the title goes to Sporting based on the away goal rule? Even if the away goal rule is still in effect for home-away playoff type games in Portugal, it does seem strange to me that a side with such a superior goal difference would be denied the title on that basis.

To be sure, I see little chance for Sporting to end tied in points with Porto.
