Will our 15 point lead... sorry 12 point lead with a game in hand be enough?

That's how you play Barça. Let them do their pointless philosophical stupid sideways passing and kill them on the counter.

Most la liga teams can beat this mediocre group of has-beens and fake new Messis.

I can't believe they scored 4 on us.

Xavi "we dominated the match" Hernandez looks pleased. There was only this small, almost meaningless, detail called scoring. That was the only thing where Cadiz were superior. They had no style, no possession, no Cruyff hard-on spirit.

It's clear who really won this one.

Apparently the first time Cadiz have ever won in camp Spotify. That’s the Xavi effect. Even I could manage Barca to finish 15 points behind Madrid.

At least they managed to have mainly Barca fans in the stadium this time. I guess that’s progress.

Looks like 2 wins and a draw from our last six matches and we're clear.

We have this league in the beg. Now heavy rotation vs Osasuna mid week please, before City game.

No reason not to rest Modric, Benzema, Valverde and Carvajal this Wednesday. I mean I don't want them at the game.

Vinicius, Rodrygo and Kroos shouldn't play more than 60 minutes.

No point in burning our guys out. We have an advantage as far as our ability to rest guys for City. Let's hope Ancelotti uses that.

I’d still keep the players at least in the squad. We have amazing momentum, we could kill that with a whole week and half off. Hope he balances things well.

Why would the momentum stagnate because they get rested one match?

I mean he has rested Modric recently. Did that seem to hurt him?

Now do it again with some more players so we turn up to Manchester fresh and ready to press and run for 90 minutes.

It's the sensible thing to do. Especially considering we're going to have to play three matches in that seven day span.

Well well well, other than the grass, perhaps too many Cadiz fans in the Camp Zoo?, some Frankfurt fans stayed on?

If needed for specific players, we should then do the same against Espanyol (home match) between the two City games.

We need 7 points out of a total of 18 to secure the league. Plenty of breathing room, allows us to rest key players in the next two league games.

I guess you only want people here who have the same way of thinking as you?

Imagine how boring that would be.

I like reading both types of posts. I like the overconfident posters, the doom and gloom crew. I'm very open-minded, I know how passionate we can be and how sometimes people are not able to be reasonable in certain situations.

Let people post whatever they want. Can you imagine if the opposite was happening? Lots of overconfident losers saying Madrid would take it and then the team crumbles and we lost the title? Think that would be even worse.

Let people enjoy football however they want and vent/celebrate/discuss without going personal. If negative people really annoy you, put them on ignore.

If you’re still doom and gloom with a 15 point lead you have earned the right to be shat on.

lol did I hit a nerve?

Where have I ever posted anything over confident. It’s called balance, you don’t have to be chicken little the sky is falling or the opposite… life doesn’t work that way. This has nothing to do with forum discourse on differing opinions, crapping your pants on extreme hypotheticals is a lot different than Sevilla/Barca/whoever is a concern in the standings.

Barca play La Real away during the mid week while we will play away at Osasuna. La Real also fighting for top 4 spot. If Barca drop points, we could win La Liga with wins over Osasuna and Espanyol at the Bernabeu.
