Not really blue either. This is apparently why there are so few blue fruits / veggies: Individual pigments can differ considerably. One reason that there are so few naturally blue foods is that a combination of pigments is usually present in any given fruit or vegetable. Blue anthocyanins are chemically less stable than other pigments and are usually dominated by them.
Jamon asked the burning question - what’s up with so few chances, and the answer is what we’ve all been saying - too slow on the attack. Of course Jamon couldn’t help but to stack on another question. Just one good clear question guys!
Yeti. LOL. Gonna bring my 15-dollar Safeway cloth 12-can royal blue (Quakes colored) cooler to the tailgate, as per usual the last decade or so. No need to drop several hundred on a Yeti.
I can't possibly imagine why, but these days I go to the games with a sense of dread, like "it'll be really terrible if we lose again", and that sinking feeling when the other team scores, instead of excitement about a possible or even (like the old days - pre-Almeyda / Stahre) a probable home win. Not sure how many people realize that even in lean years at the new stadium pre-Almeyda it was fairly rare that we lost at home. 2015 - 3 home losses total, 2016 - 3 home losses total, 2017 - 2 home losses - we were 10-2-5! Now it only takes us 2 home games to lose 3 it seems.
At this point I'd take an improbable 1-0 victory where the ball hits Jebo shoulder and ricochets off of Chofis's stomach and into the goal while a flock of seagulls miraculously descends multiple times to block sure goals for Austin. Seriously if we can't get a well-earned victory, how about some luck for once?
