The irony being, however, if they don't think of sales price, the titles may not come back... Although silly money always seems to find big football clubs somehow, so who knows.

Speaking of which, in other Barcelona news ... 1) Spotify Camp Nou is Barcelona stadium's official new name. https://www.marca.com/en/football/barcelona/2022/02/09/6203037a268e3e6d148b4591.html 2) Ferran Reverter resigns as CEO of FC Barcelona for personal and family reasons https://www.fcbarcelona.com/en/club/news/2474855/ferran-reverter-resigns-as-ceo-of-fc-barcelona
And Dest should get some opportunities in the next few games. Dani Alves has a two game suspension for his red card, and I think he'll serve those against Espanyol and Valencia. And Alves was not registered for Europa League, so both games against Napoli could present an opportunity. (...and with injuries to the back line, a 3-5-2 seems less likely...)
Dest was out injured at a critical moment. Now he's got a great opportunity to state his case, in a couple of La Liga games and a couple of Europa League games.
Pretty sure he did. I think that was the game where he went 90 and finished the game as RCB in a 3CB backline.
Dest is been on the rotation. Since his return from injury, he has been on the bench for one game, played 90 in the other, and been a sub on the third. Played sub in the Copa game, and was not in the squad for the Super. That's 135 minutes out of 450.
And will likely be a few more. I think the early rumors - that Alves was brought in to coach young Dest a bit as well as play were likely fairly accurate. And what a great opportunity for him.
I think Dest has all the physical talent in the world to be among the very best fullbacks on the planet. But learning tactical discipline and awareness from Xavi/Alves is perfect for him, because it's where he needs to grow. Think he was tossed into the fire at too young an age
