    Although Korea had 80% possession with 8 shots, Syria did well when on the attack. Syria had 2 shots. One Syrian goal got disallowed for being caught offsides.

    Considering the distance between Western Europe and Korea and hugh risk of military obligation among all Korean male atheletes, the quality of games played at K-League definitely needs to be improved. And we are witnessing some signs of positive progress as of late.
