Are Raul and Chucky out for this game as well?

 

Chucky should be back as he was just suspended. Raul and Edson had an injury so who knows.

 

I think the only changes for the starting lineup are Chaka in for the injury and Chucky in for Brujo.

Would love some bigger changes that reflect the players at the end of the Jamaica game, but that would be too easy.

 

Instead of useless Chaka, I rather have Araujo start

If Chucky is ready to go, I’ll have the three up top consist of Vega, Martin, & Chucky

 

I know Martino loves 433 formation (which is pretty good).

But i would love to see a 4231, with Lozano, Vega (As enganche) and Corona behind Jimenez.

With Herrera and Edson as central midfielders.

I think Vega is a crack. The way he strikes the ball so cleanly reminds me of Vela and Marco Fabian. He needs to go to a top league in 2022, not when he is 29.

I am not the biggest fan of Lainez, but i salute his enthusiasm and instant impact he brought vs Jamaica.

If you are Costa Rica you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!!!! Playing at the Azteca means nothing it has become a garbage stadium where the fans turn on the home team, and that is where if you are Costa Rica you can take advantage.

For Mexico, you need to play F#@$ better from the get go, or you are in for a very long day because Costa Rica needs to win and they wont hesitate to kick your @$$ at your precious little Azteca stadium.

 

Wanting to beat us and actually being able to are 2 different things

There will be only 2,000 guests, FMF will test a new entry system (I think they arranged it with FIFA) in order to guarantee they can identify the fans that make chants next time.

 

Hopefully the fans are motivated.

Going off the Panama game, Costa Rica is 99% Campbell. Literally everything goes through him, especially now that Ruiz and Borges don’t have the legs to keep up. Shut Campbell down and you shut down CR.

This is ridiculous. Hope Campbell destroys Chaka and Gallardo, Mexico loses and Tata gets fired. Him not changing is starting to be Chepo like stubbornness because he doesn’t switch. If we go with Tata to World Cup we’ll get killed. Vazquez also not starting and still having slow ass Moreno in there is worrisome.
