Sad state of affairs for Shinji, such a class player, hope this isn't the end for him.

Kagawa came in as a sub and was involved in PAOK's second goal, which sealed their qualification to the UEFA Conference League GS.

Kagwa terminated his contract with PAOK by mutual consent.

Sint-Truiden reportedly placed an offer for him, while Turish media claim that Antalyaspor are interested in him.

it's such a sad end to his career at only 32. I spoke to some celtic supporters asking if they'd consider taking him and apparently one of the Irish boys went to a Europa league qualifier to watch his team play PAOK, excited to go and see a superstar, but said he was the worst player on the pitch.

How did things go so, so wrong?

It really is sad to see him like this. I've always thought of him as the successor to Shinji Ono but... How the mighty have fallen!
