I always thought it was too “busy”, would have been better to go retro with the 50s version. Much simpler , cleaner , more elegant.
People always talk about how "This show how bad our development is " when it's just the nature of the situation with dual national. Things are more urgent and they get the spotlight because there are other national teams in the mix and Mexico has to get on it with them. That's just a thing about the situation. Thus a guy like Marcelo Flores, Galdames or Jonathan Gomez gets priority because there is another team there while players like Jordan Carrillo, Joshua Mancha or Rodrigo Huescas can wait because they can't play or be poached by another NT. It is what it is.

Mexico as far as their next window of games January 27th- Jamaica (away) on the road January 30th- Costa Rica (at home in Mexico) February 2nd- Panama (at home in Panama) Against Jamaica, you guys can't take Jamaica lightly especially when they are starting to surge and get results in qualifying. But this road game could be a trap game for you guys. I mean it could go either way, but if Tata wants to keep his job, this game is a must win. Guillermo Ochoa needs to go. He never gave me a sense of confidence. He can make incredible shot stops but then screw the pooch on next one.
Maybe Osorio was right all along and that’s why Ochoa never started against teams that could hurt us on set pieces.
Yep Time to give guys like Malagon, Jurado, Gudiño, and Acevedo some serious playing time on the NT and phase out Talavera, Cota, Orozco, etc. Memo can still be backup but his time as a starter is done
