I voted yes. I think something like this might come up again sometime, with UEFA/FIFA sanction and profit-sharing with the clubs. The current situation in many top European leagues is simply dire. Bayern has just won a 10th Bundesliga in a row. Juventus won 9 consecutively prior to their decline the last couple of seasons. France, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Spain are not quite as bad, but are still quite top-heavy and uncompetitive.

The Prem is doing okay for now, but the other big leagues definitely may want to consider merging. If not a Super League, then maybe at least a EuroLeague with teams from across continental Europe.

I think an European Super League would create more competition and more frequent big name matches, overall benefiting the fans the most. Also, this is just my opinion, I think there's been a lot of corruption in administration in some of the current leagues. I won't name names, but some of the presidents seem to think they can do whatever they want in a more dictator-like role despite knowing their league would tank if the clubs advocating for reformation wanting to leave would leave. The presidents aren't fearful of something like this happening yet because a Super League doesn't exist, but the creation of one would create competition and motivation for the current leagues to operate and treat their clubs more fairly. It's clear current administration for some leagues aren't going to put forth the effort to listen and create a more positive, nurturing, unbiased environment for each and every club to grow and prosper because they don't have to; the clubs have no where else to go, so they have to abide by whatever the league does or says. It's quite disgusting behavior to be honest.

Many top European leagues are becoming a bit of a joke. In that regard, a European Super League is not the worst idea in the world.

This is a realistic prediction of how Europe will look like in 2050 [the blue land areas in the map are part of the United States of Europe].

so if parts of Europe united together to form a single country especially but not just if called the united states of Europe then it's top tier league will be a basically a European super league (maybe minus the teams from the countries in Europe not part of the united states of Europe).

so yes a European Super League is a good idea provide it is a league only format as a league only format is the best way to find what the best football team in Europe is.
