"Lanús va Talleres, con el partido terminado el árbitro Espinoza manda a llamar a los jugadores de nuevo al darse cuenta que faltaba un minuto de adición, algunos ya se habían ido y estaban sin camiseta..."

A Colón fan decided to celebrate sharing wine with his deceased father, so he drilled the urn.

Speaking of the league. Paramount+ has been a godsend. All the games on HD, not to mention you can go back and rewatch games. Granted, the commentary is so-so but overall, Paramount+ is great.

So this year I've been watching it in prendetv. Granted it's only boca and river I believe but at least it's free.

Might give paramount+ a free trial

Hell of a closer to the 2021 Primera B Nacional season... these are the standings of Group A (the 35 teams are divided into two zones) with just one game left to play:

@SupaMario , how are you feeling about this weekend's tournament closer vs. San Martin de Tucuman? It’s going to be a nail biter for sure

On a side note, Chiqui Tapia's Barracas Central leads Group B after getting several controversial calls in their favor throughout the season.. I reaaaallly hope they collapse and fall last minute, because the last thing I want is to see that shit team in Primera next season.

No doubt, loco. Magnin has been out saving grace. 21 goals. We should be a bit more comfortable but we had a string of bad showings but the last few weeks, the boys have turned it up.

    Welcome back Club Atletico Galmarini!

Tbh I didn’t really want Tigre to ascend because you guys are always a bitch to defeat (especially in Victoria), but since you were playing Deportivo Chiqui Tapia it was a no-brainer to root for you guys in the final.

Unfortunately Barracas Central still has a chance of being promoted through the Torneo Reducido and it wouldn’t be surprising if they get a helping hand if things gets tough. Lets just hope the other team that ascends is anyone but them.

Ferro wouldn’t be bad given their history..

I just looked at Tigre’s line-up vs Barracas Central, and wow! I had no idea Victor Cabrera and Marinell were with you guys... talk about a blast from the past. Two River youth products who never really made it to the first team.

I also was joking around about Club Atletico Galmarini in the other post, but I see he’s still with you guys. Lol! Isn’t he like 82 now? By far one of the worst players I’ve ever seen wear a River jersey

On a side note, I remember Menossi being a beast and see he started tonight. Is he still any good? Also why the hell are you guys wasting your time with Roffo (aka Batalla Jr)? Should just begin utilizing Gomes Gerth as the first back-up GK

Thanks! Yes, Patito is still around. Comes on as a sub when the game is pretty much over lol. Throw the old man a bone.
As for L. Menossi, no doubt. That guy is the heart of the team. Magnin gets the goals but Lucas is what runs us.

As for Gerth, I guess they just don’t want to rush the kid. Maybe in the next year or so.

    Welcome back to Primera Tigre!

Will San Lorenzo soon be back in their old stomping ground of the Nacional B? Boca Juniors, who famously was promoted in a scandal to end all scandals when the AFA wanted to have more teams, could also be back in their natural habitat of second division football.

Racing, with Gago at the helm, will certainly be back in the B soon

Really nice atmosphere at the stadium for this Talleres-Boca final... missed seeing a full stadium with roaring, passionate fans from both sides

Interesting that ESPN+ has been airing the Torneos de Verano. With Paramount+ showing all of the league matches, it seems like our league matches are getting more exposure. The only thing I really dislike about Paramount+ is you can not pause or rewind when the match is LIVE. However, you can always watch the matches later on, and they save them for weeks and weeks.

Yeah that was a pleasant surprise. Does Paramount+ have the Spanish broadcasts or only English? That wasn't clear to me. I'm still watching through Fanatiz.

I’ve been interested in Paramount+ since you also get all the other non-soccer stuff while you’re at it, but stuck with Fanatiz since they have Libertadores. That was the gamebreaker for me... Paramount doesn’t have the rights for copa, no?

Unfortunately, it is only in English. The commentating at times is a bit amateurish.

You are correct. The Libertadores is on beIN TV and not on Paramount+. I like Paramount because it has the Serie A as well.
