Carra is asked to choose between Suarez and Torres as LFC best striker ... his answer was instant .... https://www.thisisanfield.com/2021/...mie-carragher-wastes-no-time-with-his-answer/
Gini is not happy with the way things are turning out at PSG - not getting enough minutes. his NT coach is worried about it too. I wish him well but you made that bed, Gini ....
yeah - I don't get it. He chose to do this (and spurned Barcelona at the last minute too). He also gave a nice interview as to why the management at liverpool were mean to him and so were the internet and twitter warriors. Two things: 1) how about giving it more than 2 months in the new place before complaining, and 2) I'm sure you can cry in you 300k a week paycheck (i.e. STFU)

I read this article and, quite frankly, it's hard to argue with Carra about Suarez. It's just too bad that he was such a head case. Great footballer, though. I'd love to read a similar article, but this one would have the title, "Carra picks best Winger in LFC history."
I read an article recently - can't remember where - that talked about how Suarez has improved every team he's gone to, including Athletico. he is really unique. must be a nightmare to play against (for multiple reasons of course )
Thanks for the greeting. By the way, I love the quote in your signature. It was truly a sad day when Xabi was lost to the continent. I knew that the loss would hurt us, but I really had no idea just how much. I only wish that we had another player like him in the Reds squad...but the rumors about him replacing Herr Klopp are silly.
Please don't laugh, but I just got a chance to see the LFC vs Athletico match. In that case, Suarez didn't make much difference, but, then again, he wasn't subbed in until very late in the match. Regardless, this was one time when seeing Suarez look like a mere mortal was very enjoyable. YNWA!
