    interesting to note about Copado,
-him and Aydin completlely skipped U19 and directly to II.....when does that happen at Bayern or any club. Going from U17 to vs adults in 4th division.

Musiala, Stanisic, Mai, Stiller, OBM, Scott, Sieb, Mbi, Vidovic, Motika, Lawrence, Bruckner, Fust, etc all played U19 1st.

heck even Muller, Alaba, etc all went U19 1st.

-unlike Aydin, Copado jumped directly to 1st team training in July and impressed Nagelsmann. Scored goals in 1st trainning, including in very low scoring winning match 2-1 scored winner. Prior in July also for II scored winning 1-0 goal vs 1BL Furth. Imagine bunch kids taking down a 1BL club, LOL.

-than made debut for 1st vs Koln where he terrorized 1BL Koln D and should have scored too. Nagelsmann openly praises him and his qualities but annoyed he didn't score.
-Gets dumb thumb injury out for month, tend to think no thumb injury and kid would have made debut for 1st in DFB Cup. Would have made him 2nd youngest Bayern debutant ever after Musiala too.
-Media starts likening him to Musiala aka next youth to breakthrough. Also experts saying kid has potential to be complete CF.
-extends contract to 2024, Seitz says kid will play in U19.........next thing you know he doesn't LMAO, directly jumps to II instead. Can't help but think it might have been Nagelsmann who asked for it. Otherwise club usually sticks to planning and Seitz was specific about it too.
-performs in II and trains with 1st during October International Break where reps once again says Nagelsmann taking keen interest in Copado and this was said for 2 different days too.

According to "Bild", Nagelsmann paid special attention to Lucas Copado.
The 17-year-old was coached intensively by Nagelsmann and even did picket shooting with him and his assistant coach Dino Toppmöller.

-continues to perform in II and if he keeps it up until next month would bd surprising if he doesn't play irrelevant CL matches. Those games only chance to give caps not based on injury to others for rest of 2021 too. CL matches also after International break, 04s=U18=nothing but friendlies.

-any CL debut and would be rare 17 year old making CL for Bayern 1st. Only 4 17 year olds played CL for Bayern, 3/4=Mbi, Musiala and Alaba.

Mbi and Musiala made debuts in irrelevant matches too.

Mbi=youngest Bayern CL debutant and youngest CL XI too.

DAT PROPAGANDA IN FULL SWING, LULZ.

    1BL, not everything
-00 CF Burkardt with 2nd goal of season scoring vs Dortmund (again, lol).

-01 M Tauer (full 90) with 3rd XI of season.
-While 01 M Papela as 7 min sub played 1st 1BL match of season and 2nd 1BL cap
-01 CB Morgenstern made 1BL/pro bench debut for Hertha

    in 2BL
01 CB Cavadias made 2BL/pro debut.

with Cavadis and Morgenstern that's another 2 00-01 players and both CBs.

Unsold is promising CF who was doing well this season in U17 too.

Bayern u17 has Wagner for 05s also doing well in U17 after comeback from injury.

06 CF Ramsak also has U17 debut too.

    Peter Herrmann,

Leverkusen's coach Gerardo Seoane wants to survive against Bayern. Bayer with confidence: Want to hold their own against top teams And then there is Florian Wirtz at Bayer. You have known Leverkusen's offensive jewel for a long time. . .

That's correct. Together with Herman Gerland, I saw him at the final of the U17 Bundesliga Borussia Dortmund against Cologne. At that time Florian was still playing for FC and Gerland and I immediately noticed him in this game. When I last took over for eight weeks with Hannes Wolf in Leverkusen, I was allowed to train him and that was a lot of fun. The boy has really great talents - just like Jamal Musiala from Bayern Munich. We have a lot of good young players in Germany, for example Malik Tillman (FC Bayern, editor's note), Karim Adeyemi (RB Salzburg) or Jan Thielmann (FC Köln) - but Wirtz and Musiala, they are something special.

what is 04 Dominik Kasper of Bremen u19's position?
He's an attacker and TM has him mostly at CF too but also W.

don't know anything about him, scored 5 times today and 6 goals in 4 and jumps to u19 Nord/Nordost leading scorer.

Luca Netz had a shot saved by the goalkeeper. He wasn't under pressure but it wasn't the best of angles. Decent effort.

Beyer has been solid so far. Had one good intervention in a 1v1 on the counter against the tricky Coulibaly. Earlier in the match, Netz had to face Coulibaly in a 1v1 inside the box and he was a bit too easily beaten. It is a good experience for Netz. Coulibaly is a tough opponent.

05 RB Savic makes 2BL/pro bench debut for FD......he's a U17 player not even U19.

05 M Raebiger was at 1BL Leipzig again today too, still waiting on 1BL debut. But Leipzig under Marsch is shit so integration harder.

Beyer has had a good start to the second half. Won the ball back against Coulibaly on 3 occasions. Showed a good first touch on another occasion. Very calm and composed. Luca Netz is essentially playing as a left winger most of the time. When Gladbach is in possession, the coach has instructed him to stay very high up the pitch.

I slept in and missed the earlier games, but caught BMG's. Netz almost got into a goal-scoring position a couple of times. If the ball had bounced more favorably for him today, he could've celebrated his first brace.

I'm not as high on Beyer as some of you seem to be. I can see a solid BuLi player, but I'm not sure there's a NTer there...around Marvin Friedrich's level feels like his (realistic) best outcome to me. Mind you I'm very fond of Friedrich & would love to see him stay in Köpenick, but he's not going to make a significant difference on the NT in his career.

Not german kids, but Scally & Kone were good for BMG again today as well...Kone in particular is a very enjoyable player & I'm very interested to see Hüdder reintegrate Neuhaus into a midfield trio with both Kone & Zakaria now that they've stabilized.

Oostende in Belgiian 1st with 2-1 win and continues to fight for Europe spots.
XI: Jakel (on loan until 2022), Batzner and Amade (last U21 cycle)

    Jakel assists Amade winning goal.

    On topic
-of DM/RB Amade, had 2 caps for 1BL Hoff but club was never going to integrate him. I do think if he stayed in Germany would end up in 3rd Liga given upwards mobility in Germany is mostly shit. Instead goes to Belgian 1st where he's XI and Belgian 1st is top 8 in Europe too.
-Still prefer a Tauer call up over Batzner to U21.

not about being high on Beyer but about a 00-01 who is XI in 1BL which is good for U21 and also RB playable, can't say no to flexibility.

this is youth thread for YNT, not Senior NT thread. Vast majority of players here will never play Senior or limited chances until better show up.

On top of his youth, he just has them playing excellent football...whether against the smaller teams that they run over in the league, or against teams of similar (or even greater) quality in europe. Been watching them a lot for Adeyemi, and Jaissle really looks like the next big german coaching prospect.

...let's just hope he ends up more Nagelsmann than Tuchel lol

Which isn't meant as a shot at TT. It's just that he's grown ever more cautious since Pep burned him in those Bayern-BVB matchups...to the point where little of that initial creativity is still present in his attacking structures...and I hope that Jaissle isn't jaded in a similar way if/when his club's "naivety" gets taken advantage of.
Totally fair, I just felt awkward about not mentioning him when discussing the gladbach match, but also couldn't really gush too much the way I could about Netz or Kone.

It felt like Gladbach were attacking mainly through the middle and Netz wasn't very involved and couldn't show his qualities. I know he likes to get into goal-scoring positions but how good is he at crossing and dribbling would you say? How good could he be compared to Robertson and Davies? Does he have the skills of Katterbach, the explosiveness of Davies or the crossing ability of Robertson?

Netz has good dribbling skills. Still recall 15 year old Netz dribblng by numerous Barcalona U19 players in UEFA YL and youngest on field. For Hertha 1st did embarrass some pros too.

Haven't watched much of Gladbach this season though.

    Christian Wuck on Netz:
“His exceptional left foot and his speed are among Luca’s greatest strengths. The combination of these two qualities makes him so valuable.

“I am also impressed by his assertiveness. Once he starts dribbling with the ball at his feet, he is difficult to stop.”

Katterbach also has dribbling skills for fullback. Recall last season and one before had high # of dribbles and success rate too.

why compare him vs Davies or anyone else. Not same type of player anyways.

00 W Heil on loan picked up his 1st pro productivity in 4-2 W in Eredivisie.

was nice seeing Alidou and Cavadias make pro debut.
1st one feels like has been HSV 1st prospect for ages, thanks covid......finally made debut long overdo.

and 2nd is a player no one has heard of, lol.

His crossing certainly isn't elite at this point...though it may well reach that level with time, he gets involved in the box a lot more than Robertson. He's not as explosive as Davies physically, so that's not really a comp I like either.

Maybe a healthier & more reliable Raphael Guerriero with a little more nuance to his game in the offensive third? If he hits his full potential, maybe a left-footed Hakimi?

Comparison's like this aren't really my thing, so I dunno what a good one would be, but his skill level is very high; excellent dribbling & first touch, with great vision to go with it. The passing & crossing are also impressive for his age & should become top tier with further polish.

Netz has been compared to Brazilian fullbacks, forgot names of players.

what I hope is that he improves his D though, a fullback is still a D position 1st. If he can master both well, sky is limit.

lol, Hertha fans thinking he won't play at Gladbach.........just constantly in XI. While Hertha busy with Plattenhardt and Mittelstadt......oh well, 04 LB Ullrich could benefit from no Netz.

also shows that Rhein could jump to 1BL faster without Bayern dragging him into low levels.
