Paul, I would not for the world denigrate the good dedicated folks who work the trenches in poor Caribbean countries. I would say the same thing about lower level soccer in the US 20 or even 10 years ago. Well meaning people doing the best they can is just not a substitute for professionals with good facilities and administrative backup.
