KMJ.. so impressive every game. SMK was shit. He pretty much fked up the easy counterattack at around 85. All he had to do was to pass to the front so HUJ can run for it.
I'm wondering why Bento is not using Baek seung ho? He is killing it right now in Jeonbuk starting every game.
Yes. He is in good form right now with Jeonbuk. Reminds me of ki sung yong the way he controls the tempo.
I think it is a good idea to rest the euro players for the next home match against Syria... Leave KMJ, SHM, HUJ, HHC in europe while we play with domestic players against syria, so they don't have to go through double jetlag...
I only watched the highlights but I have very conflicting thoughts… about LJS’s hair. On one hand, I like that he is going for a drastically distinct look from the rest of the boys. On the other hand, he looks like an ajumma at a fish market
LJS sucks now? Because he missed a header? The man endured 3 seasons in Bundesliga 2 scoring almost 30 goals and just as many assists. He went the long way. Maybe if some of the other korean players did the same the nt would not suck so much!
yeup, LJS is on the cusp of something bigger. Just KNT system don't know how to use the players to get most out of them
LJS is a good player who is maximizing his career and proud of him for that. Good example for other guys. Problem is that LJS is the exact type of player Korea churns out all the time: small, skinny, technical jack-of-all-trades midfielders
True, true. But to the original question of "what is he really good at" , I think it's the KNT system that is causing our top players, including SHM, to play different roles
Yeah but although SHM plays at different role at KNT, we know what he's good/ elite at. No one can tell us what LJS is actually good at (at club or NT). Also, could be a Dele Alli situation, where the few things LJS is good at, doesn't justify building a team around him to suit his strengths.
Had the quality of K-League been on par with the Mexican league, then yes. Unfortunately, that is not the case.
HUJ is so ********ing dumb, it's astonishing. Why do none of our forwards understand when and how to make a run through the line.
This thread has gone pretty dead recently. In any case, I saw S.Korea beat Syria 2:1, courtesy of a late winner by Son. His goal was nothing special, but despite squandering one decent chance with a poor shot, I thought he did well overall. Hwang, on the other hand, looked poor to me.
Thank God Sonny saves the day. How many winning goals he scored for us? Our build-up play was okay but the finishing on open chances were awful. Should have won 4-1. Can't blame bento if our strikers keeps missing on open chances.
"Social media" took over, I think. I remember that a few years ago I had to skip some pages to reach the last post.
