No, I only got two for Mexico because I have been stuck before, even Mexico tickets because I wouldn't sell to Mexico fans.
I get wanting to sell to US fans and maybe taking less than you could otherwise get, but if you don't get any takers at some point you just sell to the highest bidder.

The expected points cutoff for qualification has gotta be inching downwards because of that. (Though it could inch right back up if the next 8 games all produce a winner.) El Sal has already hosted 3 games at the Estadio Cuscatlan. They've given up a grand total of zero goals across those 270 minutes. (Of course, they've only scored one themselves, and that home shutout streak may end with Mexico visiting next Wednesday.)
