There’s no limit to how good Curtis Jones can be. He has everything. In the last couple of weeks he has played on the left wing in the front 3, as the holding midfielder in the #6 role, and in his normal #8 position. The future is really bright with him and Harvey Elliott in our midfield. But also, the future is now. There is every chance that Curtis can be our best midfielder this season. Last season Klopp made a huge effort to groom Curtis into a Liverpool midfielder. He played in a much more reserved and responsible role than you would expect from Curtis. Now this season we are getting to see him take on more responsibility going forward and here come the goals and assists. We always say we need more goals from midfield, and Curtis is the most capable of that from all of our midfielders.
Just seen the extended highlights. They guys looked good. And a nice feeling to be in with 6 points and 7 goals for. 3 against. Never did find a stream. Verizon is so screwed up here. Phones and PC. Talked to a company that “promises” 5G broardband. 50 mbps. Got to dump Verizon on the phones and interwebby. And dump Directv. soon!! Can’t see new TVs yet but a couple of firesticks will do it for now. Got used to 5G in Shanghai years back. In the US it’s still a novelty.
