To be fair to the striker, it was the 82nd minute so he would have been pretty leggy and the keeper was quick off his line. Still, if he took the shot, he should have at least got the ball off the ground (low and straight means the GK just has to be steady on his feet) - or tried to round the keeper and draw a PK from him or the defenders. For our purposes though, great work by Konrad: excellent touch, great awareness, execution, etc. I've really only got one question - WTF did Barcelona sell him?
It's a really tough finish because the recovering pressure from the two defenders forces his position and orientation to the left. Ideally without the pressure, his body orientation is more in line with the near post and he can more easily place a shot as low as possible to the far post, but instead he's oriented towards the television add where the penalty area meets the end line. I agree off the ground to the near post around the GK probably the best option given the very specific context, but all of the variables mentioned so far make that execution that more difficult. None of this is even considering if his left is his preferred foot or not. 1v1's with GK absolutely one of the hardest things in the sport. I'm not a numbers guy but I'd guess that any available data says this finish isn't converted more times than it is. Probably not a should have had an assist, more like a could have, nice to have, etc.

I’ve been having trouble watching - streaming service or internet or VPN or maybe all three. But in the bits I’ve seen he has yet to touch the ball. Lens is perfectly happy to cede possession and hit OM on the counter

Yikes. Assume a camera is on you at all times. That’s a terrible look. this is also a few days after saying he wants to get back to Barcelona. Just a bad week all around. OM Twitter is not pleased
Quite true, unfortunately. It was a really strange utilization of him. He kept trying to make promising looking runs behind the backline that were entirely ignored. It made me think it was part of the instructions -- stretch the backline a bit to open up space underneath? Whatever was intended, it was not effective. Sometimes he would drift inside and take up a position as a striker, but I never saw a pass connect with them. When he stayed wide, he almost never received the ball, and on the few exceptions the pass was so horrible that it was easily cut out. Anyway, in summary he had little impact, but it was not for lack of activity. He just never received the ball in a spot he could do anything, and this appeared to be by design.
This game reminded me of his first game with us vs Walles. He got 5 passes in his 45 minutes of play. 3 were either over kicked or intercepted, 1 he fumbled, and 1 he dribbled by a defender that caused him to foul Konrad. He got a bad grade for the game.
I agree. He was clearly trying to get behind the defense on the left. They needed to try to get it to him a couple of time. Yes, it's a low percentage pass, but it would have stretched the defense. As it was, their attack seemed quite predictable (in the second half at least--didn't see the first half).
