This is going to come down to OTA timeslots vs bigger payouts. NBC has best chance to guarantee OTA timeslots but ESPN will likely pay more.
I'm not sure how HBO Max could livestream, but I saw them rumored. That could be interesting, considering AT&T has several ways to get HBO Max included with mobile, internet and TV plans.

I hope it ends up like Champions League where it is split up by Language rights. Something like ESPN getting English rights but Telemundo keeping Spanish rights. Then NBC can stick it to ESPN by showing a lot of their matches on free OTA Telemundo.
