Normally, I wouldn’t be concerned about this. However given the way the season ended and the way the WC played out, nothing makes me comfortable anymore. I wonder how the team will look.
Hope CL groups end with Dortmund finished second and Schalke finished first. This would mean Bayern (assuming they finish first) avoid AM and could play Porto.

Thomas Müller is now alone on 8th place in the all-time Uefa Champions League goalscoring list. Just 1 shy of Henry on seventh place. No idea if he catches van Nistelrooy's 56 but one way or another a remarkable achievement for someone who was never a pure striker.
Very lopsided affair against Bochum though still more exciting than that borefest against Barca. Also nice to see that Sané is developing in the right direction. He's been playing well recently. Not a fan of Hernandez/Süle though. We've experienced quite the downgrade in terms of quality of possession in build-up compared to Thiago, Boateng and Alaba. We do have better defenders on these positions now but I am not sure it makes up for the loss of technical quality.
I cant remember the last time Hernandez and Sule have played together. I think very highly of their top level talent individually however. So it makes sense to try them out vs Bochum. Agreed on the less experience in build up play, but if that can be countered by stronger team defense, I will be happy.
