The luxury tax proposal where a cap is introduced which you can spend over by paying tax is essentially legalizing the payments UEFA currently receive under the table from PSG and City. UEFA needs to die once and for all.
The Netherlands only have 2 Michelin 3 star restaurants, ranking 11 right now, Italy along with Spain rank 4th with 11 restaurants. In total, Italy has over 370 Michelin guide featured restaurants, the Netherlands have 111. Not saying the Netherlands have nothing to eat, but Italy is elite.
Depends on where you play. The options are spread out more in Italy whereas the first class options are pretty bunched up in other countries. Also more chances of going to the same places as every other rich football player. Let's not argue this for the sake of argument.

Blanco is the only one with the squad this window. Speaking of Miguel, with Nacho injured and Militao in doubt to play this weekend given his long travel, Alaba will likely be playing at CB vs Celta. Let’s hope Miguel is earning the start over Marcelo
How big is Italy compared to the Netherlands in size and population? Don't get me wrong, I love Italian food and my pasta carbonara is epic. But the diversity of the Dutch-Indo cuisine, a cross pollonation of about 350 years, is far bigger than that of the Italian cuisine. That's not surprising, given that the total length of Indonesia is twice the length of the Mediterranean Sea and the width is triple that of the Med. That's reflected in the diversity of the Dutch-Indo cuisine.
Much as i love him i'm really hoping we've seen the last of Marcelo as a starter and if both Ferland and Miguel are fit at some point, well thanks for the fantastic memories from a fantastic player but, time to move forward with getting younger stronger and faster, with quality of course.
When people find out which clubs are playing and not playing this weekend, they will want La Liga on that list too....
Also I am note sure # of Michelin star restaurants is a great indicator of food quality in a country. I think a better indicator is to what extent can you just walk into a random place and still expect the food to be good. I think this is what separates Italy (and Spain, Portugal) from almost every other country in the world. If you walk into a random place in Holland, there is a good chance the food either won't taste great or will be quite unhealthy (or both). OTOH, chances are they will have good beer so ... evens out.

Man, I'd be surprised if the Dutch 'cuisine' is anywhere near the top 50 in the world. Let's not be silly here. Anyway, whatever really, haha. Back to football I guess. Sorry mods.
That Benzema-Griezmann connection 🔥(via @TUDNUSA)pic.twitter.com/zMiLXEZSNN— B/R Football (@brfootball) September 7, 2021 Benzema assists Griezmann. Karim has been so good in his link up play tonight
Griezmann from the tightest of angles 😱 pic.twitter.com/ZbM8KF3PXK— ESPN FC (@ESPNFC) September 7, 2021 Genius from Benzema leading up to Griezmann's second goal. Won't appear on Karim's stat sheet though
It pisses me off that Benzema continually sets up Griezmann with superstar service and that little shit can't as much as look at him or give him a "thanks" afterward.
Meanwhile, since going up by 2 goals against Latvia in late March, Turkey is pretty much at the level of an Andorra or, if we are being generous, Malta. They blew that 2-goal lead, lost all 3 games at the Euros easily, blew a home match against Montenegro and now lose by 5 goals to Holland.

Ansu Fati will miss the matches against Bayern, Granada, Cádiz, Levante, Benfica and Atlético de Madrid. His come back is expected some time in October.— @diarioas pic.twitter.com/icLPBUtguI— Barça Universal (@BarcaUniversal) September 8, 2021 Another month for Fati to return. It's an unfortunate story. This kid got injured back in last November and has undergone 4 operations. It will be nearly a full calendar year before he returns. Unfortunately for Barca fans, they have been hyping this kid as the next Messi and this injury surely will have been a traumatic one. They took out his meniscus, which is known for reducing the length of the careers of professional athletes. Let's see what state he returns in physically and mentally.
He had multiple relapses I believe. Crap luck for this kid. He looked fantastic when he broke through.
