    Maybe a move to Segunda Division club would be suitable imo, he still need to improve skill wise. On the other hand, since he's been there for around 2 years, his Spanish should have improved enough to at least handle daily conversations

    His problem is playing professional football without tearing a muscle every other month. Maybe a new training staff could manage his body?

    Definitely. Especially with Barcelona having a bad history of getting their players injured frequently. Something is wrong with Barcelona's training when it comes to avoiding injuries or exacerbating injuries.
