Obviously Brasil is no saint here, but if you lied on the entry papers you knew there was restrictions in place..

maybe, from what I read the papers asked where they had been so they said Venezuela. they're based in England which isn't a flagged country. they're not covid positive. it seemed like it should have been up to the bureaucratic people handling paperwork to figure out that they didn't exist in the aether before staying a few days in Venezuela, tf did they think they just popped up into existence miraculously days before? they should have figured all of that out well before the match started, seems like either extremely poor work or a really weird tactic
