Traore is ripping Manure's defence a new one, over and over. he's set up a number of chances but the ball isn't bouncing for Wolves. they've had 14 shots to Manure's 7.

DdG just made 2 great saves to keep them in the game. seems I've heard that before somewhere.

Wolves goalkeeper with a howler, One thing you have to give Greenwood credit for is both power and accuracy. He has to be the best in the division in terms of being able to hit the target. The standard of goal-keeping for both Watford and Wolves, at least for the goals, was shocking.

Manure got away with another as Pogba goes over the ball studs up and catches the shin of Nevers? Look at Nevers shinguards after the hit as Mike Dean looks on. (The same Mike Dean who reffed our last match.) VAR says it wasn’t clear and obvious  what a surprise.

So manure play on and score.

Real shame about that result. Wolves really deserved to win that game. ManUre looked second best for most of the game. Wolves seemed to tire themselves out towards the end of each half, and that was the only time they let the opposition string a few passes together. Sancho how was pretty quiet for the 65 mins he was on. Pogba continues to be lazy in defense, Fred… meh, and Fernandes was flopping around as usual…

United haven't been convincing yet... this exact things has happened to them each of the last few seasons, a big early win then an underwhelming period.

If Adama had any end product, they would have been blown off the field.

Pogba actually got out of Traore's way when Traore was coming out of jinking Fred for the first counter attack. Try to imagine Roy keane or Scott parker or Stevie or Vieira not tackling that situation....
    strange boy....

Maybe - now that Bale is gone. Son is pretty bloody accurate too.... Ditto Kane. Pogba too.

They were bad under Emery as well. Shouldn't have hire Arteta, but that doesn't mean Emery should have been given more time.

I don't disagree. Getting full points when not performing well is in some ways a skill, and it's something clubs are going to need, on some level, if they want or expect to win a title in this league.

Liverpool did it quite often on their way to the prem title in 19/20.

Keeping him away from United is positive for us.

Shoring up that midfield for Pogba next year?

Skysports says its just an option to buy and the price aint bad either.

Saul Niguez joins Chelsea on loan for the season; Blues pay Atletico Madrid £3.4m loan fee and have option to make deal permanent for £30m next summer

    *sigh*

I read somewhere that his wages are £200k-per-week at Atletico. If true perhaps they want to get that off the books.

I doubt Liverpool would ever pay those wages for Saul but it's so darn frustrating that Chelsea don't even blink . I'm not sure they even really need another mf yet they've added yet more depth by signing Saul on loan.

    Unreal.
