New kid just added to the academy and has been practicing with Rev II all week, Esmir Bajraktarevic. He's a 16 year old coming from WI. Skillful midfielder. I think you'll like him.

Yeah, he spent a little time with Fire. Due to where his family lives, it was a bit of a challenge for him to find an academy early on. Chicago had its problems finding him housing. He primarily played with SC Wave out of Milwaukee area. He's a talented kid with the ability to make things happen.

While the first team is hosting Cincy Saturday night, R2 will be in South Georgia, kicking off at the same time (8pm) vs Tormenta FC, their first meeting this year.

Both teams are tied in the standings with 23 pts, although R2 has 3 games in hand.

Of the 12 teams in USL-L1, 7 (including R2) are now tied for third with 24 pts.

He may get his chance with Revs I when Buksa is away.

I'd like to go see the Revs II game Sep 1 -- I think I read somewhere that they are going to start selling tickets to Revs II games. Does anyone know if the games are open to the public?

I've been looking all season, with no luck. Just checked Revs site again, nothing. TIcketMaster only has one game, the away game at North Carolina FC.

Maybe they are just waiting for MLS 2 league to launch next year?

I watched the match the other night. Was it my TV or was every Tucson player taller than the Revs 2 team?? I know Height doesn't matter as much in football, but a little height might help! :)

I'd like to see a Revs II game in person but there is no info about tickets on the website. Do they allow spectators?

Catching some of this Revs 2 game waiting for the WCQ. RIvera with an impressive play on the goal, even if it's not credited as an assist.

Joe Rice looks ok, but doesn't seem to have control of his box, or the full confidence of his defenders, and as I type this he gets burned.

Buck looks like a solid player. Cayette is definitely the leader on this backline. Spaulding looks like a solid squad piece at Revs 2.

Pressley looks talented as hell, and quick, but certainly needs some refining.

    Rennicks is not good.

From what I can tell, it is still only family and staff allowed to attend.

Rice with the shut out, Rennicks goes coast-to-coast to score the winner in 90+6', as R2 knock off the first place Red Wolves in Chattanooga.

Pretty amazing play by Rennicks - literally final seconds ...
