Jon. Klinnsman unquestioned man of the match. Dejan with a good shift for his first match, assist, and Cabral withe a good game (Rayan, too). Julian once again was the best Field Player overall.
Massive win on the road against a playoff team, without four starters (five if you count Jona). Speaking of Jona, to me he was the only disappointment of the game. It's worrying to see him play like he won't be here next year. Klinsmann with a MOTM performance, which is a very good sign. I thought he didn't look great last year when he took over for Bingham, but if he's as good as he was today, I see why we signed him. It becomes very usual to say it, but great games from Raveloson and Araujo. The defense played well overall. Vanney won his bet.

Bond is still our #1, but good to know Jonathan can step in in a pinch. I guess we'll see the reason for the change during post game presser, goalkeepers you usually don't sub. I think his issues previously were just our extremely leaky back line. The most impressive save to me was the redirect. Its tough for a goalkeeper to change your body angle with the ball midflight like that.
What I recall from him last season was his tendency to go to ground early. Believe he got chipped a couple of times because of it. This issue was primarily when faced against a breakaway 1v1 situation.

On Kevin's Goal, the Ball was read and won by Julian, passes it to Efrain, who sees Kevin running up the side and slots a pass to him. Then Kevin squares it to Dejan, who waits on it until Kevin runs across the top and the perfectly weighted through ball to Kevin who dribbles to the 18 and finishes very well. All are under the age of 23.

We are a very good MLS team even missing key players. It’s remarkable really. It’s exciting when you think about the roster being young and sooooo many players have so much more to give then their current levels. We are a dangerous team this season. I had to watch the match delayed. Just a great performance. my favorite broadcast moment was in the first half when Stu Holden was asked to assess the galaxy this season. He was struggling to acknowledge the obvious, that we are reborn. He spoke slow and seemed challenged to say the nice things. Then something happened on the field that bailed him out. They never went back to him to finish his thoughts. He’s such a galaxy hater.

Joveljic not match fit at least his timing and awareness of his teammates BUT its his first game and I will take the assist to win the game. Niko hitting the ground running, I love that. Cabral and Dejan on that goal was very nice. Good play, better pass, great goal. If Cabral didn't regress to Mr Magoo with that later sitter he would be a great help. He doesn't fight for balls either which just blows me away sometimes. The cool headed play of our D in tight crowded spaces is always sweet to see. JDS and those bad passes drove me up a wall. Like it's been said, he has to fight his way back in to the starting lineup. That was ugly. Who orders the kits and does quality control? Did that shirt say Vazaquez? Cabral goals in 2 straight. he’s gone from 90% ineffective when he got here to 60% ineffective. He’d trending up and I think he’ll come good.
Don't try to correct people. They want to underrate Julian let them go ahead. All the more time we have him with Galaxy. Word will get out eventually and then he's gone. Araujo was everywhere today. You see something that starts to panic you and there he is. Putting out that fire.
