Finally some proper international games coming up: England v Italy: U19 International, Thursday 2 September, St. George’s Park. Kick-off TBC. Germany v England: U19 International, Monday 6 September. Strong looking squad even when missing a few players like Delap who is injured or has only just come back from injury. Patino missing , thought he would be in a squad fwiw.
It really is a deep year group. Bellingham, Colwill & Harvey Elliott already promoted! Heard good things about Boyce-Clarke, Graczyk, Quansah, Nohan Kenneh, Alex Robertson, Balagizi, Omari Hutchinson, Kwadwo Baah, Amadou Diallo, Sam Iling at Juve, Lewis Richardson, Louie Barry, Dobbin, Joe Hugill. Can't pick them all though! Maybe some of these are unavailable through injury, I don't follow youth level club football closely enough to know, think I read Karamoko is injured. Others like Musiala will pursue their eligibility with other nations, Graczyk was with Poland in the summer.

How's the chance that liam delap will play for three lions in future??? I know he's born in England.... As his father... But his father Rory played for Ireland
I think the signs are that he'll play for us if he's good enough. He only has one Irish grandparent according to Wikipedia. His dad was born in England and we can presume that all his other family are English. He's turned down friendlies for Ireland and his dad says there's no debate at the moment on who he wants to play for.
XI: Sharman-Lowe; Oyegoke, Baptiste, Fish, Doyle; Chukwuemeka (c), Scott; Vale, Shoretire, Soonsup-Bell; Scarlett FA have given absolutely no info in their match report but according to Italy's we got quite lucky. They hit the bar, had a chance cleared off the line & missed 3 1on1s. May well be biased though.
