LMAOOOO.Reggie Cannon is screaming "VENEZIA" at Gianluca Busio, who's telling him to STFU because it's not officially announced yet 🤣 pic.twitter.com/4uwW9IBqyz— USMNT Only (@usmntonly) August 2, 2021
I don't like Diana Taurasi hurting her wrist early in this game against France. No, I'm not sleeping tonight.
Even Mix Diskerud? Denizlispor On January 20, 2021, Diskerud signed a one and a half year deal with Turkish Süper Lig club Denizlispor. Omonia On July 1, 2021, Diskerud signed for Cypriot First Division club Omonia Nicosia.
It looks like the US will need a goalkeeper substitution midway through the first half. Naeher appears to have hurt her knee. Franch is warming up.
Naeher is staying in the game after hyperextending her right knee and being down for several minutes.
Wow, a penalty kick for Canada against the run of play! The foul reminded me of the one that the Whitecaps got a couple of days ago against the Loons. Flemming slots it home to make it 1-0 Canada in the 75th minute!
I'm not sure Canada did anything positive and the penalty decision by VAR was especially bad since Rose created the contact with Davidson to cause the "foul." That was not a great game by Canada or well played by them.
omg the USMNT is in the club too wtf is going on pic.twitter.com/a2UxTctMKG— 🧍🏽♂️ (@gooberts_) August 2, 2021
Happy for Sinclair. Looking at that post match interview, nothing outside of Vlatko getting fired seems to be changing until 2024, which is a shame.
I'm not picking sides or trying to be political, but you have to admit the irony in seeing the men lift their second trophy of the summer just hours before the women getting knocked out of a tourney by underdogs Canada. Also, I really appreciate how much Zardes ran his butt off last night. Playing line striker in those circumstances is a pretty thankless job, but the dude worked hard deep into extra time. Hats off to that man for his work.
Hopefully there will be a lot of retirements and we'll see what the next CBA does for opportunities. Picking sides in what? I'll wait. It's raining in Tokyo. Isn't it ironic?
There should be a conversation, but I looked around a few years ago when we started talking about it here and then saw my allies when it became more mainstream and decided the world doesn’t need to know my opinion
Those players have been holding on to the memory of 2012 when they were robbed with one of the worst calls of all time. It took 9 years for redemption, but they finally got it.
The ref called the Canadian keeper for holding the ball for more than 6 seconds and then the Americans scored.
