We were linked to all of these players so its not way off. Shomurodov is close to Sorloth in profile, good in the air and has a high defensive work rate. Sorloth scored a lot of goals in Turkey though, Eldor hasn’t shown that he can do that yet. I followed Genoa for Scamacca last season so I saw a bit of Eldor. They played with 2 strikers and he was usually the 2nd striker. He does surprise you sometimes with his skills, I see why Mourinho likes him. Maybe Mou wants to play 2 strikers in some occasions so wants 3 strikers in the roster. I doubt Eldor is a replacement to Dzeko.
He does look a decent payer from the handful of games I seen. Come off the bench a few times and changed the game but thats a lot of money. 12 million would be fair. He is a presence, fast and works hard. Seems to have decent finishing to 1v1. He will stretch defenses with non stop running so you could see why Jose would fancy him.
