NO WAY that is offside. What are they measuring? A shoelace? Biggest sham. This is why VAR makes this game less exciting. I need 3 Belgian wins for my live Festival of Football Eden Hazard card to upgrade to a 97 rating in FUT. UGH!
I just hope Belgium don't force Hazard into the lineup and screw up their chances of winning this thing.
During his time at Manchester United, Lukaku was actually 9lbs overweight due to suffering from a malfunctioning digestive system that neither he or the club were aware of to begin with. When he turned up at Inter, it was reported that the Belgian weighed 104kg and was placed on a strict diet and extra training by Antonio Conte as a result. And according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Lukaku has gone from 15st 11lbs to around 14st 9lbs after the expert guidance from the nutritionist Matteo Pincella.
I knew he was a good player but he had some serious issues with his first touch and he was not clinical, those problems seem to be non existent these days.
He's not perfect, few strikers are. I'd rather have a "clumsy" Lukaku with a poor first touch than a Martial. If Manchester United had Rashford and Sancho on the wings and Lukaku up front, that would have been a serious attack. They got Cavani but will definitely need a world class striker to compete.
England Vs Czechs tonight. I am praying for us to draw so we finish runners up in the group and get the easier 2nd round match. we are going to need all the luck we can get!
Interesting, is there more on that, about his condition? Google search finds Gazzetta dello Sport articles that say that Inter had him ditch pasta and carb heavy meals. Sometimes im amazed how little athletes care about nutrition considering how much information is available for free.
There's a document floating where it's being claimed that the rainbow lighting on the Allianz Arena would be "against stadium requirement regulation". Edit: Classified as a political statement and banned from the UEFA. Weird decision.

Lot of rubbish about whether @England i better off losing for easier last 16 game. You play to win every game. Winning gives confidence. If you’re scared of playing France/Germany you’ve got no chance of winning the tournament anyway. Let’s stop being so bloody cautious. Attack!— Gary Lineker (@GaryLineker) June 22, 2021
Not sure I agree with the more often than not part but yea that’s still one of his weaknesses, although I think he’s better in that aspect than he was a couple of years ago.
"The UEFA ban to light up the Allianz Arena in a rainbow pattern is shameful" "I also find it disappointing that the dfb didn't seem to find themselves fit to influence the situation in any way, instead the dfb made a ridiculous suggestion to do the pattern on another day, as if we couldn't think of doing it on CSD ourselves" I am very much enjoying this. The UEFA keeps fumbling the product.
Fair enough, i find him more clinical in terms of finishing and smarter in how he uses space, he's always been strong, but still somewhat clumsy, i get that he's big but so is Zlatan if you get what i mean, not comparing players overall here just ability with the ball at their feet
Im with you on this, the goal he created against Denmark(?) really impressed me. He looks more like a complete no. 9 than before IMO. He’ll never be Benzema but there’s more of that in his game now.
