Seniors in various sports are starting to announce their intention to return for the extra year the NCAA is allowing in light of COVID. Four Michigan soccer players are coming back: Joel Harrison, Umar Farouk Osman, Austin Swiech and Mohammed Zakyi. Here's an announcement from the Michigan Athletic Department.

Combining the transfer portal and this rule allowing an extra year of eligibility for Seniors, some teams will have a lot of experience on the roster this Fall.

Please post any school's announcement of Seniors returning for their "extra year." Go Blue!

I understand it's not that unusual for students whose surnames fall at the end of the alphabet to repeat a grade.

I think Tim Zimmerman was joking! I'm not sure if TimB4Last last name is Zimmerman but it would be funnier if it was his name! But that is how I took it.

Yes, I could tell Tim was being clever, but I was missing part of the joke. Thanks for the explanation.
