    Yeuill was poor.

There were a ton of poorly advised passes to attackers checking back for the ball, when the attacker was really tightly marked.

Wouldn't be on the bench if that's the case. Gregg just thinks we have players who are just a little bit better.

Yueill should not see the field for the "A" team ever again.

Lletget should be in the 23 but mostly a sub.

McKennie was up and down. Was more aggressive than both Yueill and Lletget, and of course had the assist.

We need to play Musah. And find a replacement for Yeuill on the roster.

    Fire Berhalter.

I simply don't get it. We have 75% of posters here saying Yeuill/Acosta aren't good enough. It's not hard to see. Do I enjoy being right all the time? Not really, especially when it involves my favorite team.

Yeuill should not play another minute with the NT after that performance.

All we heard from the Berhalter lovers was that it's no big deal, Yeuill is good enough for CONCACAF. He's not.

McKennie was not good outside the assist.

Lletget didn't do anything except hit horrendous free kicks.

    That was embarrassing.

I think I’d rather see Durkin over Yueill. Adam’s better take the 6. I also think Otawosie will factor in somewhere as well.

That midfield three was not good enough. Our positioning all over the field seemed really off. We never had the ball without real pressure in their half. They constantly got the ball with acres of space.

As a quakes fan, that should be Yueill's last game beyond camp cupcake. Hopefully, that is just a courtesy cap to get him a transfer. But yeah, dude is this cycle's Roldan, hes not good enough.

And Lletget needs to be figred from free kicks, period. How he wins the free kick competition ahead of Pulisic and Reyna, again, fireable offense

Seriously. Yueill was much worse than expected. I thought he’d be serviceable in concacaf. I was wrong.

McKennie is just too lackadaisical. Or something.

Worst game from Lleget in 2 years.

Big question is what are they supposed to be doing?

And quit pressing to prevent the back pass and let them just drive straight at the back line? Crazy.

McKennie, for what we need him to be on this team, was really really poor. We don’t need him to be a supporting player making runs out of midfield to create numbers or pull defenders.

we need him in the midfield...bossing it.

I said in the pbp...this was the worst midfield performance I’ve ever seen from the US in a game that mattered. And I watched an awful lot of games that included Chris Armas in midfield

Yueill couldn’t cut it against their U23 but he’s our answer against their Sr team? Where’s Musah? I dislike Greg more every game he coaches

lletget wasnt clicking today, but he has earned quite a bit of rope.

yueill, on the other hand...change the mf shape already. not actively hurting us as a ceiling is a freaking nightmare.

change the system. any other answer is wrong and sucks.

I think the criticism of McKennie is harsh. I thought he played decently well. Had one bad giveaway. Didn't "boss" the game by any stretch, but his midfield mates were Yueill who was too scare/slow/incapable of providing any impact and Lletget who thinks he's a Ferarri but is really just a Miata. Provide zero muscle and zero creativity. If he doesn't manage to get to the right place at the right time to put something on goal, he's worse than useless.

Don't try to convince me Musah isn't as good as Yueill or Lletget. He got 35 appearances this season in a league most Americans can't touch. Yet can't get on the pitch?

    Pretty much what I expected.

A win in the end, slight superiority, but nothing remarkable. These WCQs are going to be a tough one for those who have inflated our players to insane heights.

The team is ok, but not our best, far from it. At some point the excuses have to run out and people here will have to face reality.

Don't try to convince me Gregg doesn't have a mandate to use MLS players in every game.

Don't try to convince me Gregg watches practice and thinks Yeuill is better than Musah (or frankly, better than any player on the team, the coaches, the ball boy, etc)

On a real serious note, we will not qualify if our midfield cannot and will not get Puli and Reyna on the ball in threatening 1v1 situations. And under Greg they have not. Completely incapable due to both tactics and player selection.

I see the makings of a disaster.

Poor set pieces, bad service, bad positioning. Yueill and Wes were garbage most of the night. Good run and header across goal by McKinnie. Lleget had a quiet night, one mistouch on the cross field pass but otherwise was a net neutral.

Midfield was pathetic and overrun by Honduras, that's really all that needs to be said.
