IMO, it is going to a great series. I still think that Bayer is considered an underdog but I believe will go through. We have just a good a chance as anyone else, we beat Real when no one thought we could, oh how that game was SOO sweet, wish my DVR hadn't gotten unplugged and erase it, GO LEVERKUSEN!!!!

I too think Bayer has a good chance with these games, especially since Liverpool will be without Gerrard for the first game at Liverpool. Bayer might be able to get a point there at least - and at home, Bayer is virtually unbeatable.

Bayer 04 definately has a legitimate shot at beating Liverpool. LFC are beatable, but don't take them lightly. Should be a fine matchup.

If Bayer plays like they did at the beginning of the CL, then I'll go with them - However, they've been struggling a bit lately - Liverpool on the other hand is finding its legs under Spanish coach Benitez - If they continue to improve they could win despite being without Gerrard

My pick is Bayer - And LD (as much I would love to see it) will likely NOT play - Just too early to put him into a midfield attacking position

Eh? How can you make this claim a whole month before the game?

I don't think you've grasped the entire concept of this ignorant forum.

Questioning ridiculous statements like you have done is considered "trolling" and making ridiculous statements is the norm around here.

You can still make up for yourself.

Post "Landon Donovan is a GOD and will score 10 goals against Liverpool in the Champions League" and you will see that little red square by your name turn to green... works like a charm.

Apparently, he is doing well, he did score a goal I believe in one of the warm up tourne games. He will fit in fine. He will probably come off the bench for Ponte at some point in the 2nd half.
