Well, Primera division is a league where apart from Atletico gegenpressing is pretty much non-existent while other leagues are mere gegenpressing fests. No wonder, "lateral pass from a backseat" Kroos fares well in such a league.

We saw in 2018 what it means for Kroos when he is under constant pressure not facing 2nd class opposition as in Primera Division against teams from below league table place 6

    I admire it

What's the point staying there to win the league every year?

He already won the CL with them - i think he will do EC and then WC with Germany, then probably take a big club team in the EPL

Ginter with a goal and as captain on Gladbach's 4-0 win vs Frankfurt

I think the primary factor is his relationship with Salihamidzic, but whilst Bayern come out of this pretty badly imo the NT will be huge beneficiaries.

I think that's the reason, otherwise flick would definitely see out his contract

Will the DFB sack Loew immediately and appoint Flick for the Euro??

Not a chance. DFB will not do that to a WC winning coach that already announced his departure from the position. Also, Flick would not do that to Loew.

Maybe - I think there is no one reason.

It was said quite some time ago that Flick was very interested to have a tilt at the World Cup because it may be the only chance he ever gets to win that trophy.

I also think that having done the treble with Bayern already it might not motivate him that much to pick up a league participation title every year.

Why not set yourself higher goals - e.g. to go to England like Klopp?

The world cup is end of next year, and if he took the Germany job, 1 year with maximum 8-10 games to world cup would not be enough to build his side for a serious tilt at winning it. I presume there will be retirements after the Euros specially with likes of Neur, Muller, kroos, for me a realistic aim would be the next euros at home followed by a real crack at the world cup.

Klose wants to leave too, could he join the DFB also.
