When this is a review of a 3-0 win ... you might win the title.

Let's put it this way: Brenden should probably listen to the experts who will tell him no footballer ever reached his peak playing with a head band.

But I think the new haircut will go much better with his sneaker ad.

Also he will get a fatter contract with his new haircut

There are exceptions. Then again, it is possible that this guy never reached his peak, either.

The suits at Dortmund might want to give Haaland a crew cut.

    Brenden should’ve had a goal.

also, if you ever go from watching Austrian bundesliga to a serie a game, it’s like a double espresso to a Benadryl.

just so hectic watching the Austrian bundesliga, especially Salzburg, it’s just “how fast can we get the ball upfield. Sometimes let’s don’t even care where our pass goes to”

I never really paid close attention to Szoboszlai before (and unfortunately he's been injured pretty much since the moment he arrived at Leizpig), but it seems notable to me that Aaronson has very seamlessly stepped in to the lineup to replace a guy who was just sold for 20-25 million euros (presumably at a discount given the clubs involved in the deal). Makes you wonder what Aaronson will be worth in a year or two.

thing to remember with szoboszlai is he was outstanding in champions league. if aaronson wants to go for money european comps are where he needs to truly shine

also have to take into consideration his deadball deadliness...

If he can cause this kind of havoc against higher level competition, he will be a very useful player. Needs to be in a pressing system, but I like the guy.

    Just for thoroughness:

Still had some nice touches and turns but was less involved than usual. Looked like another tight game where he was closed down fast and often, and didn't have time to dribble. Still a good experience for him.

With Ademyi and now Okafor both continuing to product after coming on as subs I wouldn't be surprised if they give Aaronson a break and a chance to come on as a sub instead in their next games.

this is what its all about i guess. we have discussed how brenden was having some good chances with nothing to show for it then getting subbed and seeing the subs produce. now he is the sub.

I liked him even from the first few Salzburg games I started to watch. He seems to be so fast and agile and with some more ball skills than even Daka has. Since Daka is most likely gone this summer I am interested in seeing how Aaronson plays with Adeymi up top too.

would love to see those two play together too, but if i were an enterprising mid table bundesliga club i might take a flyer on adeyemi before he gets a chance to fully breakout and attract bigger clubs attention
