Oh shit lmao ❗| There has been a fight in the tunnel between Koeman, Piquè and Gil Manzano.@elchiringuitotv— Madrid Xtra (@MadridXtra) April 10, 2021
I’m really enjoying the salt. It’s orgasmic. Imagine being Pique, banging Shakira, being paid millions and at the same time being such a pathetic little man child. Don’t even get me started on Koeman, poster boy for Barca DNA, hit the gym you fat salty ********.
I imagine that lot will see a plethora of fouls, penalties and red cards all over the game against us, along with seeing nothing that we did well, i'd be surprised if it was anything else
The legend of Modric continues to grow. Also that rat faced Alba saying that to anyone is hilarious, this dude injured himself one Classico by diving to the ground and failing the landing lmao.
It’s incredible and now the story to Koema and Pique following the ref to the tunnel. LMAOOOO. Barca DNA to the fullest.
I still remember those Valdes' sprints to the center of the pitch to complain. Dude was faster than our counter attacks ever were.
LOL. The Valdez sprint to the center of the field to bum rush the referee makes prime Bale look like Toni Kroos.
So chubby Messi who walk mostly on the pitch, at most jog, rarely run unless the ball pass to him. But then he can't handle the rain, shilvering the whole time, and have to get his shirt change. Dramatic and roll down at the slightest touch hoping to score a penalty. Lol the GOAT Messi. While Modric have to run his legs to the ground every match, Rain? no problem. Start every match? no problem. That say alot about the work rate between the two. I hope none of the RM players caught a cold over that heavy rain. Hala Madrid! Hope you win the CL!!
A few post-game comments: -- Messi's last El Classico??? -- Zidane also successfully rested most of squad for the Liverpool game. I did question Zidane's inclusion of Mariano. I wanted Rodrygo. In the end, we won the game and we used a body that probably won't feature against Liverpool. The same applied to Isco and Odri. Rodrygo, VJ, Benzema and Kroos got some breathing room. -- Ideally, Modric should get some break too. -- Marcelo did not do "much", but I saw him chasing the ball in the other end. Good effect. He should have scored that breakaway, but we won the game. -- Militao proved himself again. He was my concern before the game. -- VJ's decisions remain an issue, but when he was on a run, he appeared to be the next superstar of Real Madrid. -- Lucas reported to be ready for the next game. His injury gave him the opportunity to rest.
I wouldn’t call that rest they just didn't exert themselves that much so hopefully they won't fatigue as fast.
I know this has been said many times but I'm gonna say once again that when this generation of players in Real retire it just won't be the same anymore. I just love all of them so much from Modric Dani to Benz to even Isco, these are all living legends. There won't be another generation like them which is why I want us to win as much as we can with the short time left. UCL and Liga this yearenjoy them while you still can, I know I am.
Barcelona have become expers in sucking out all the air of a situation. It's annoying because it assures the opponent never gets credit when they don't want him to. On the other hand, this complete blindness to how bad their team is and the complete focus on referees, Spain, complaining, politics, ensures the club isn't going forward, it's just standing still looking backwards. Fantastic effort from all the players to play in these conditions of the second half, great first half planning and execution. Had one of the best days in a LONG time yesterday so high fives everywhere.
And it's not like they were robbed of a clear penalty. It was the slightest of touches from Mendy, heavily embellished by Breadwinner's theatricality.
If that was a penalty, then so was that Busquets push on Vinicius in the first half. Neither was a penalty, the match was well officiated, and Barca have basically become what we were under Mourinho when we had this inferiority complex of his draped around our shoulders.
We’re actually not that bad there are we, Carvajal is set to return very soon, Varane will be back (not injured). That leaves just Ramos out.
First of all, congratulations @Ssr9. Great news! Then, the game. Man, that was stressful, but incredibly satisfying. The players worked exceptionally hard, particularly considering the conditions. Zidane set them up really well, he's been absolutely insane with his tactics in the big games. The way we cut through Barca's three man defense, was a thing of beauty. The game could have gone very different, if Fede would have made that 3-0 (or Lucas in the rebound). We would have cruised towards a victory. But man, can't complain. They had some moments at the end that made my heart go in overdrive. What a game! Special mention to Lucas and Mendy. They've been stellar. Mendy had everyone in his pocket, you just can't get past him. Lucas proved to be so dangerous in attack, coming from deep. He went out, Odriozola came in, and that right side became a huge liability. Finally, Barca. That club has to be the most unlikable club in the world. Always complaining, except when refs make mistakes in their favour. The manager, player, president. Everyone should be ashamed of how they present themselves in public. If there is one club that has had important, dubious and title deciding ref calls, it's Barca. They've even invented a ref influencing tactic under Pep (i.e. crowding the ref to influence how he called the next fouls, it worked). In short, cry me a river Koeman et al.
Marketing things. Barcelona wore a one-off shirt last night. Won’t be worn again. Will always be only the shirt they wore in a defeat to Real Madrid. Who’s going to buy it now?— Sid Lowe (@sidlowe) April 11, 2021
Like I said yesterday. It was a penalty. More of a penalty than that joke of a club at the end. 1381197721504190465 is not a valid tweet id
