What Dike is doing on that shite ream has no bearing on what I think about Dike. What he has done at OC and then showing an immediate impact on the NI has me intrigued.
Just catching up on today’s matches after a day of work, how has no one mentioned that Pulisic scored today?! Great to see him get the start and capitalize on the effort. (Unfortunately after Silva’s 2nd yellow they fell apart, but I was happy to see CP play well.)
Ah, my apologies for missing it—thanks for the backstory in your original post. Never good if you can start, score, and still end up on the manager’s bad side, but if that story is true then it’s understandable why Tuchel might be mad. Also, Pulisic’s hammies, man...eeesh.
he has some improvements to make but I like his game overall. Be interesting to see if he moves up a division on a transfer
Sigh Thomas Tuchel on Christian Pulisic 🗣“Christian did a sprint when he came back out for the second half and said that he felt his hamstring would not survive the game if he continued. So we had to make the decision to substitute him right away.” https://t.co/H8IrBzMhdi— USMNT Only (@usmntonly) April 4, 2021
I was joking with you. We have established a pattern of you commenting on a player and me asking you if you have watched the Jamaica game.
Yeah he just needs to improve some technically. Hope he moves out of the Championship so he can work on that more.
That’s a sign that he’s been injured so much that he mentally predicts injuries. Believe it or not, he really needs a stretch of training, then games, to break out of that wall. Or he will be handicapped mentally by this problem.
I think their are some Championship sides that could have been good for him, but Barnsley are not it. It sounds like someone in the EPL is going to give OC the 20million they are looking for.
Any word on Ledezma? He shouldn’t be due back yet. But I would hope by now he is moving and training some.
it obviously sucks and all, but "he felt his hamstring would not survive the game" is a pretty funny line.
Brenden Aaronson with an assist just a few minutes into the match!— USMNT Only (@usmntonly) April 4, 2021 I continue to be fascinated by Aaronson's fit with this team. On pure form, you can't keep him out of the XI ... but who does he replace?
Let's just wait and see who shows up healthy when it matters. Right now he's a sub in the A games and a probably starter in the B games. If there are injuries he moves up. There's also 3-4 months for players to get into form or fall out of it.

Aaronson is playing great. All I can add is that it is just desserts if he takes McKennie's spot. I've never been convinced by Richards - as far as nat team material is concerned - but have to say he barely taps that ball with his left and it takes off 50 yds and what's really encouraging is that it is his left foot. We've got Brooks and Ream in that department but it looks like we should be thinking of Richards as a lefty. Over time he will get very consistent. Might not be ready for Qatar. He is another one playing in a 3 man back line, as far as WS shows (I didnt' watch this week end's game).
