    Sule boetang rudiger
    Kimmich kroos groetzka can
    Ganebry havertz/stindl sane/werner

The back 3 I've gone for are playing consistently better than Hummels.

Loew will never have the balls to bench kroos and gundo at city plays more advanced so I'm sticking with kroos with a real engine around him.

Our attack needs variety, we need a 9 in there otherwise it could be a euro 2016 de ja by against France where we looked toothless, either havertz or stindl as the lead man.

Why not play the Bayern system? Sule and Rüdiger are both pretty quick/physical as are Klostermann and Gosens, so playing a high line back 4 is less of a risk. You can then play Kimmich + Goretzka with Gündogan as an AM behind either Havertz or Werner with Gnabry + Sane out wide.

I realise defensively this might not hold up v France and Portugal but for the upcoming qualifying games it should definitely work.

This line up only includes players in the current squad. Muller would 100% be in my team.

That's what i'd do - the bayern midfield 3 already have the understanding, and bolt on the two forwards - gives you a big headstart.

Work around that core and you can’t go too wrong surely? You are talking about 6 of the side that are dominating club football atm.

Forgot about Muller, but do remember Muller plays best off a forward, my forward line

    Muller/ganebry havertz/stindl/sane/werner

Süle's form this season has been...worrisome to say the least.

That being said nothing will improve Germany's defense unless we improve our pressing game as a unit. None of our CBs are so generationally great that they can handle attacking players running at them with full speed ten times per game.

Even decent to good CBs look bad in situations like these.

Süle played as a RB for the majority of his good games in recent weeks. His form is on an upwards trajectory but hardly consistent enough to make me forget the rest.

Remember he'd come back from a long injury lay off and didn't really build up proper fitness because of a lack of a proper pre season, there s still ample time for him to continue his improvement in time for euros.

I am glad he's no longer at Bayern. Few things I despised watching more than his hero 50:50 tackles that either turned a dangerous but manageable situation into a high xG opportunity or a hero Mats Hummels saved the day moment when all he needed to do to deny the chance was closing down the right angles.

No to Sorg. Team needs a fresh start.

Kuntz would be better, but still meh especially given how negative he has been in the press.

who wouldn't want Sorg to coach next Gen Mustafis and Draxler???

Kuntz issue is he only cares about his job aka himself.
doesnt care about injuries, players making progress post u21....we all know tons will do so as post u21=21-23.....but not conveniant for him.

that he's only - is basically to throw kids under bus....which he's done so, including for his own blunders as coach. That every International break he has to be - and bring up same shit is basically to take away blame on himself if they don't get results.

you can tell that he only wants a good u21 euro to boost his chances for Senior coach.

I can see him bitch 24/7, 365 if he's made Senior coach, lol.

Definitely hope it's not KUNTZ then, Rangnick is the ideal candidate but I can see dfb approaching a yes man like Sorg.

Just imagine DFB approach a puppet like Sorg! That would be a disaster and is rather see Loew remain in charge than Sorg

It would be a spectacular own goal, the public image of the team is at rock bottom and no one would buy that this is a fresh start if they promote Sorg.

Rangnick would at least shake things up.

I don't want anyone from dfb to take job. Nothing but corrupt org.

Kuntz isn't only one to throw players under bus, numerous youth coaches have done it.......Low did it in 2018.....

not the type of attitude one wants to see,

Agree, it's concerning the lack of options currently available due to the major contenders tide to big clubs, May be appoint a temporary manager until Flick, Klopp or Tuchel become available. Realistically DFB need to stop this crap and approach Rangnick who clearly currently is the best man for the job otherwise a very talented generation of players are going to waste due to the ineptness of this organisation.
